Sofia Kathisma Studios is the accommodation in the west side of the island, 12km from Lefkas and only 1,5km from the traditional seaside village of Agios Nikitas. This privileged location of being very close to all the beautiful beaches (Kathisma, Milos, Pefkoulia and Kavalikafta) makes it the perfect destination for every visitor. The accommodation offers a comfortable and friendly stay in a quiet environment surrounded by lush growth everywhere you look, perfect for families, couples and groups of friends. You’ll have a private terrace and a BBQ in a stone yard. The studios are easily accessible and have a spacious parking space.
The 2-story building consists of 14 spacious, fully-equipped studios (22m2) for 2-4 people. Each one includes one double and a single bed, fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, hotplates and kitchen utensils), bathroom, balcony, air conditioning and free WiFi internet.

The apartments are impeccably clean, maintained daily, and towels are replaced every three days. There is a beautiful terrace shaded by olive trees on the ground floor (apartments 8, 9), featuring two large barbecues available for guests' use.

We spent a month at the Sofia and Soul accommodation and were more than satisfied. The apartment is impeccably clean, maintained daily, and the linens and towels are changed every three days, which significantly enhances the feeling of comfort and freshness. Guests have access to an outdoor washing machine, which is very practical, especially for longer stays. The property also provides private parking in the courtyard — certainly an added convenience. The internet was fast and reliable throughout our stay, which is definitely worth mentioning. We even had Netflix available. The location of the accommodation is excellent — in close proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches on Lefkada, Kathisma, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment by the sea. The owner is very kind, accommodating, and always ready to assist, even with matters not directly related to the accommodation itself. If we return to Lefkada, Sofia and Soul will undoubtedly be our first choice. A warm recommendation to anyone seeking a tidy, comfortable, and well-located accommodation for a carefree holiday.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
