Sofia Kathisma Studios is the accommodation in the west side of the island, 12km from Lefkas and only 1,5km from the traditional seaside village of Agios Nikitas. This privileged location of being very close to all the beautiful beaches (Kathisma, Milos, Pefkoulia and Kavalikafta) makes it the perfect destination for every visitor. The accommodation offers a comfortable and friendly stay in a quiet environment surrounded by lush growth everywhere you look, perfect for families, couples and groups of friends. You’ll have a private terrace and a BBQ in a stone yard. The studios are easily accessible and have a spacious parking space.
The 2-story building consists of 14 spacious, fully-equipped studios (22m2) for 2-4 people. Each one includes one double and a single bed, fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, hotplates and kitchen utensils), bathroom, balcony, air conditioning and free WiFi internet.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
