Stavroula’s Paradise House is a carefully furnished and well-maintained accommodation in the village of Sykia, located on the Sithonia peninsula, which offers visitors the opportunity to combine activities related to experiencing the authentic rhythm of life of the local population in the hinterland of Sithonia with a beach holiday. This property is the perfect place for couples, families or friends to rest and relax, just 3.7 km from the nearest beach and 420 m from the village centre.

The property consists of five accommodation units – two studios and three apartments. The studio intended for a maximum of two adults is located on the first floor, while the studio for three adults is situated on the elevated ground floor. The apartments, intended for four or five adults, are also located on the elevated ground floor or first floor. The studios consist of an open-plan sleeping area with a kitchen and a bathroom, while the apartments feature a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Guests staying in the studios sleep on a double bed, or on a double bed and a single sofa bed. In the four-person apartment, there is a double bed and two single sofa beds, while the five-person apartments feature a double bed, two single beds and one drawer bed in the case of the apartment on the elevated ground floor, or a double bed, two single sofa beds and one single sofa bed in the case of the unit on the first floor.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon guests’ prior request at the time of booking.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and have WiFi internet access, as well as a flat-screen smart TV. The kitchen is suitable for preparing light meals and is equipped with two hotplates, a kettle, toaster and coffee maker, while in the four-person apartment and the five-person apartment on the elevated ground floor, guests also have a small oven at their disposal. All apartments have a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, while the studios are equipped with a smaller refrigerator with a small freezer compartment. A hairdryer is provided in the accommodation units, while the property has a shared washing machine that guests can use free of charge.

Outdoors, guests can relax on two balconies – one shared access balcony and one private balcony, except in the case of the three-person studio, which has only a shared access balcony. In addition to the balconies, guests also have access to a well-kept, fenced shared garden with a maintained lawn, equipped with outdoor seating and a children’s playground, ideal for entertaining the youngest guests or enjoying a coffee or meal.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

Cleaning services and replacement of bed linen and towels are provided halfway through the stay for all reservations lasting six days or longer, reflecting the owner’s particular care in maintaining high hygiene standards.

One private parking space is provided for guests of each accommodation unit, which is particularly convenient for those accustomed to travelling by car on their holidays.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
