Accommodation description

Mary’s Studio is located in the very center of the city of Argostoli, the capital of the island of Kefalonia. The harbor is located 240m from the accommodation, with the central square, promenade, numerous shops, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, as well as a museum, library, theater, and summer cinema within walking distance. In the harbor, one of the main tourist attractions of this place can be found, the Caretta-Caretta turtles, which can be observed daily from the shore. Additionally, 2.3km from the city, you will find the Lighthouse of St. Theodore, known as Fanari, as well as a beach of the same name.

The studio, located on the first floor of the building, features a double bed and is intended for a maximum of two adults.

Upon request, a children’s cot is available at no extra cost.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, and a kitchen equipped for preparing light meals, with a stove with three burners and a small oven, a large fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.

Enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the town from the balcony furnished with seating.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day.

Parking is not provided for guests of this accommodation, but there is always free parking available along the street in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location, just 50 meters from the main promenade, yet it remains insulated from noise. Parking may pose a challenge; if there are no available spots on the street, one can find parking in the main street, which is 50 meters away from the accommodation. The owner of the accommodation is exceptionally kind and immediately explained to us where everything is located, where each beach is, and what we should visit if we wish. Argostoli is a beautiful town; it lacks a city beach, but it is positioned such that all beaches are within a 10 to 40-minute drive. We are enchanted by Kefalonia and will certainly return to enjoy the nature and the stunning sea.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
