Dionysus Apartments is a accommodation in a quiet location near Jerisos, with clean and comfortable accommodation units. The offer includes eight four-bed studios (22m2), one four-bed studio (30m2), two four-bed (4+1) apartments (38m2) and two duplex (4+2) apartments (45m2) in one building. In the second building, there are seven smaller apartments on two levels and one larger one, also on two levels. The yard is large and beautiful, full of shade, greenery, paths, seating and toys for children, making it a perfect choice for families. Amenities include a rich breakfast, guaranteed parking space and 24⁄7 reception. Pets are welcome.
The center of Jerisos and the nearest bakery are about 3.5 km away, while the nearest market and restaurant are 4 km away. The nearest beach, unkempt and sandy, which can be reached downhill, is about 400m away. The nearest organized beach is about 4 km away. Accommodation in season offers bed and breakfast service. Breakfast is served in the building where the reception is located, which also has a nice garden in the shade. The offer for breakfast is varied and the service is based on the buffet-self-service principle (salty and sweet meals, pastries, cakes and coffee, tea or juice are offered). It is possible to order simpler meals during the day, for accommodation guests.
In the first, newer building, there are maisonettes, on two levels (high ground floor and first floor). There are a total of eight accommodation units, of which seven are smaller suites (Suites) and one larger (Grand Suite). The smaller apartments have two sofas and a kitchen on the lower level, and a double bed on the upper level. The larger apartment has two single beds in the lower part, and a double bed on the upper level. All apartments have equipped kitchens with two hotplates, a large oven and a large refrigerator.
There are a total of thirteen accommodation units in the building closer to the reception. There are eight four-bed studios on the first floor (No.1-8: two each share an entrance and a common fence, which can be locked), and on the ground floor there are four apartments (two with two bedrooms and two with one bedroom) and one four-bed studio (number 13).
Apartments with two bedrooms are suitable for families with small children. They have one double bed (with a baby cot, if necessary) in one bedroom, bunk beds in the other and a living room with a sofa bed for two (or even three) small children, a kitchen and a dining room with a dining table and a high chair for babies.
Apartments with one bedroom have a sofa for two people in the kitchen area, and a double bed in the bedroom, as well as an equipped kitchen.
The four-bed studio on the ground floor has two sofas in the first part, and the double bed is in the second part, where there is also a kitchen.
One-bedroom apartments and a four-bed studio on the ground floor have bathtubs in the bathroom, while two-bedroom apartments and studios on the first floor have showers.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a TV, hair dryer, clothes dryer and mosquito nets (on the windows and doors on the first floor, and only on the windows on the ground floor). Upstairs studios have a kitchen with a stove, large fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The apartments and the four-bed studio on the ground floor have a slightly larger kitchen with a large stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine, a toaster and a microwave. All units have terraces/verandas equipped with seating.
There is a possibility of adding an extra bed to individual accommodation units. Adding an extra bed can also mean a reduction in comfort, so if the guests don’t mind, the owner is willing to do it.
Maisonettes in the first building and studios on the second floor can have a partial view of the sea (from a distance) and a view of the courtyard from spacious terraces. Accommodation units on the ground floor have a view and exit to the garden, and their verandas are fenced only on the side. Also, they have less daylight, so they feel fresh throughout the day.
Cleaning is done daily, and towels and bed linen are changed every three days. Laundry service is available free of charge.
In the spacious yard you can enjoy the shade of several summer houses and a brick barbecue. There is a shower on the side.
Dionysus Apartments is a small oasis of peace and an ideal choice for families with children and couples who prefer a quiet vacation, surrounded by nature, away from the city bustle. The accommodation is located under the highway, but is perfectly tucked away in the greenery and nature. It is open from 10⁄3 until the end of October.
