Maik Apartments in Metamorfosis is an accommodation that offers well-maintained and air-conditioned apartments with wireless internet, private terraces and friendly and receptive owners are always at your service.

The accommodation is located in the main street, at the entrance to Metamorfosi. The beach is 430m away and bakeries, taverns and shops are at 100-200m.

The reception desk is at the entrance, the ground floor is 2m up from the ground level and the apartments are located on the first and second floor. There are 14 apartments (35m2) adapted for a stay of 2-4 persons, with the possibility of adding an auxiliary bed. Apartments on the first floor belong to the owner’s sister and since they have not been renovated, they are a bit modest compared to the owner’s apartments on the second floor. These apartments are not available for reservations at the moment. Apartments on the second floor were renovated in 2015, they’re in excellent condition, with new bathrooms and furniture.

Double apartments have one double or two connected single beds. Triple apartments have one double or two connected single beds and an auxiliary bed. Quadruple apartments have two single beds in one room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom in the corridor in between and two more single beds in the second room.

All accommodation units have a private terrace (the ones on the first floor aren’t covered with awning), bathroom with a shower cabin (on the second floor) and a shower tray with curtain or just a shower (on the first floor), TV with satellite antenna and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary elements and a coffee machine. Apartments on the second floor have mosquito nets, while the ones on the first floor don’t. Replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is performed after three nights.

There’s a small part of the concrete yard in the back, but not private parking. Though the owner says that the parking place can always be found in the streets around or in the forest above the accommodation (with a lot of natural shade).

From the main road Poligiros – Agios Nikolaos, turn to the Metamorfosi and after 100m you’ll see Maik Apartments on your right.
