ElGio Maisonette is a comfortable and spacious accommodation located in Nikiti, Sithonia Peninsula, Halkidiki. This beautiful maisonette, positioned 600 m away from the nearest beach and at the same distance from the center of the resort, is ideal for family vacations or a stay of a group of friends, offering the highest possible comfort to all guests, which is reflected in the spaciousness and modern design of the entire facility.
The accommodation is intended for a maximum of five adult guests and one child, and consists of two levels - ground floor and attic. On the ground floor level there is a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom, while on the attic level there is an additional bathroom and a bedroom. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the second bedroom features two single beds. In the living room, there is a sofa bed intended for two guests.
A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon guests’ request, with prior notice at the time of booking.
This accommodation is air-conditioned, and guests have a total of three air conditioners at their disposal, which are located in the living room and in both bedrooms. Wi-Fi internet connection is provided in the facility, while the living room is equipped with a flat screen smart TV, ensuring that guests will have access to all their favorite multimedia content during their stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary elements, and it contains a large fridge with a freezer, a large oven, a stove with four glass-ceramic hotplates, as well as a kettle, a toaster and a coffee machine. A washing machine and a hair dryer are also available to the guests.
In the open space, guests can enjoy the porch, which is accessed from the living room and is equipped with seating furniture. It is certain that the guests will remember their stay in this accommodation precisely by the time spent here, having a morning coffee or an evening drink, relaxing before going to the beach or for a walk around the resort center.
It is not possible to stay with pets in this facility.
Cleaning and bed linen and towel change service are provided half-way through the stay, given that the stay is longer than five nights, which reflects the owners’ effort to provide guests with high hygiene standards, while relieving them from thinking about daily household chores.
During the stay, one private parking space is available to guests, which is a significant relief for all those who are used to traveling on vacation by their own cars.
The main beach in Nikiti is sandy with a gradual entrance to the sea, which makes it ideal for families with children. Nikiti is known for its combination of traditional and modern elements - the old part of the town is characterized by stone houses, while the promenade along the sea offers a rich selection of restaurants, pastry places and shops. In addition to its own beauties, this resort is also an excellent starting point for exploring Sithonia, so it is important to mention that this accommodation is located 9 km from the famous Kalogria beach, 16 km from the resort of Vourvourou, while the nearest international airport in Thessaloniki is 89 km away.

- Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
