Hotel Description

Pagona House is the accommodation at 230m from the beach and village center. It offers its guests a pleasant holiday with excellent value for money. The accommodation is extremely clean and it’s the perfect choice for those looking for a quiet vacation.

The nearest market and tavern are approximately 300 meters away from the accommodation.

The property consists of two buildings, originally built in 1988 and fully renovated in 2013.

Three double studios are located in the lower building, on the elevated ground floor, just a few steps above ground level. Each studio features one double bed.

One quadruple studio is located on the first floor and is spread over two levels. It has a double bed on an open gallery and a sofa bed for two people on the lower level with the kitchen. It can accommodate up to two adults and two children.

Two triple apartments are situated on the first floor of the neighboring building. They include one double bed in the bedroom and one single bed in the kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, a refrigerator, and a portable stove with two hot plates. A quadruple apartment is also located on the first floor and can accommodate up to two adults and two children. It features one double bed and one bunk bed.

Three quadruple apartments are located on the first floor and spread over two levels. They each have one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds on the lower level, in the room with the kitchen. They can accommodate up to two adults and two children.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and include a TV, mosquito nets, and internet access. Bed linen and towels are changed every four days.

Private parking is also available approximately 50 meters from the property.

To the left of the property (where the apartments are), there’s a seating area where guests can gather and socialize. There’s also a barbecue in the yard as well as swings for children.

After entering Toroni, drive the street along the beach and after the Acapus bar turn right. 230m later you will reach Pagona House.

The accommodation is suitable for guests who are not looking for comfortable and large rooms, but a quiet holiday without having to walk too long to the beach.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
