Our description
One of the most popular accommodations for StavrosAccommodation Nteraki Rooms Panorama is located in the Upper Stavros, at about 700m from the city center and about 1km from Platani beach. It offers studios for 2-4 people and apartments for 6-7 people. Facilities include a beautifully landscaped courtyard with shared barbecue, sitting area and small playground.
The nearest bakery and grocery store are at 250m. The nearest beach is about 800m away.
They offer studios (20-24m2) for 2-4 people, with one double bed in double studios, one double and a single bed in triple and auxiliary fourth bed in quadruple studios. Also, there are apartments (about 50m2) for six people, with one double and a single bed in the bedroom and kitchen part. All units are arranged on the high ground floor, six steps above (the owners live upstairs above).
All accommodation units have air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with a hot plate with two rings and small refrigerator with freezer, TV, WiFi internet, bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea (except for one triple studio with a street view), while crib is available with a mandatory booking request.
Replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is performed after five days.
Private parking is not available, but there should be easy to find a parking place nearby.
After entering Stavros, continue the main road through the center and turn to the right before the roundabout. Drive uphill for about 600m and turn to the second street right in before the church in Upper Stavros. 50m later, on the right-hand side, you’ll see Nteraki Rooms Panorama.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 27 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Ništa od navedenog u opisu nije tačno. Vlasnica vile nas nije ni dočekala, tražili smo je po gradu dva sata po najjačem suncu. Umesto studija sa pogledom na more(u opisu piše 20 do 24 kvadrata) dobili smo sobičak koji nema više od sedam kvadrata, u koji se ulazi sa terase dostupne svima, a pogled na more je da sa bočne strane na terasi krajičkom oka vidite more. U sobi, pošto je to soba, a ne plaćeni studio nagurani kreveti za tri osobe i jedna natkasna tako da nema mesta ni za kofer, nema ni kante za djubre. Internet moramo da hvatamo sa odredjene pozicije u kući. Toliko.
