The accommodation is located a five-minute walk from the beach and a little less from the center. Modern and beautifully decorated studios are ideal for couples, possibly small families. From the terraces of the studios on the upper floor, there is a magnificent view of the sea and Sarti.
It is situated just above the main road, 300m away from the center and 400m from the sandy beach. Although it may seem far at first glance, all amenities and the sea can be reached very quickly.
It consists of two studios on the upper floor and one studio on the ground floor, all renovated in 2022. The other four studios in the same house, two on the ground floor and two on the upper floor, belong to a different owner, namely Evelen Studios. The studios are triple (16 m2) with a double bed, and there is also a drawer bed the size of a single bed that can be pulled out from under the double bed. The balconies are around 5 m2. The studios on the upper floor have a panoramic view of Sarti and the beach, while the studios on the ground floor have their own yard and a slightly poorer view of the sea, but they still have it. All studios have a small kitchen, air conditioning (extra charge), internet, and a TV. The bathrooms are also small, with a enclosed shower space and a curtain in the upper floor studios, and a glass partition in the ground floor studios. Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay.
Next to the property, there is a barbecue area with a table and chairs. There is also private parking. House rules are from 15:00-17:30 and 23:30-8:00.
Coming from the direction of Vourvourou, you will see the accommodation on the right side of the main road, 250m after entering Sarti.
It is an excellent choice for those looking for decent accommodation at good prices. Suitable for couples or families with small children who are not demanding.
