Katerina Studios is a renovated accommodation near the main road that leads from Limenaria to Potos. It is located in the center, close to all the shops and taverns. Villa can be an excellent base when visiting the beaches close to Limenaria and Potos.
Small city beach is 300m away, while the big one is 600m away.
This is a three storey building that offers five double studios overlooking the sea and mountain. All the studios are located on the second or third floor and they have one double bed. The superior studio is located on the third floor. It has around 20m2, while the others are a bit smaller (around 18m2). The owners live on the first floor. On the third floor there are superior studios, one with moutain view and the other one with sea and mountain view. On the second floor are two units with mountain view, while one has even a partial sea view.
Studios are equipped with air-conditioning, TV, kitchenette and a balcony. Terraces in some of the studios, especially those on higher floors, have a fantastic sea view. The third bed can be added in the superior studio only. There are no mosquito nets but the owner can give you tablets if needed.
Cleaning is performed every two days, while bed linen and towels are replaced every three days.
House has no private parking but the guests can park their cars in the nearby streets.
Arriving from the direction of Prinos, on the central intersection in Limenaria continue straight ahead towards Potos. On the very upswing, before the church, on the right side of the street, you’ll see Katerina Studios.
The house is ideal for couples. Promenade, restaurants, shops and cafes are a two minute walk away and a large number of nice beaches are just ten minutes by car.
