Each unit has its own balcony overlooking the courtyard. Rooms do not have a kitchen, but they have a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Studios have a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a kitchen with one hotplate. Two-bedroom apartments have a kitchen with four hotplates, an oven, as well as a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Bathrooms are equipped with shower trays with glass partitions. Each unit has an A/C (with the exception of the both 2 Bedroom Apartments, where each apartment has two A/Cs), WiFi, a safe deposit box, TV, and a hairdryer.
