Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Filiko Villa 2 is located in the quiet and small village of Ammouliani, ideal for those looking to escape the city crowds and daily stress. The accommodation is neat, functional, and situated in a peaceful part of the island, making it perfect for relaxation. Ammouliani, the only inhabited island of Halkidiki, is known for its beautiful beaches with crystal-clear waters and golden sand. Thanks to its small size, the island is easy to explore and get around. Filiko Villa 2 is an ideal choice for lovers of unspoiled nature and tranquility, who seek a true getaway accompanied by the sound of the waves and the scent of pine trees.
The property offers studio apartments located in the semi-basement, suitable for up to three adults. Each unit consists of a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. They feature a double bed and an additional bed for one person.
This air-conditioned accommodation provides guests with free WiFi, a TV, and a kitchenette equipped with a single-burner electric stove and a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Guests can relax on a private veranda, furnished with outdoor seating.
Small pets are allowed upon prior agreement, free of charge.
Cleaning of the units, as well as bed linen and towel replacement, is done every third day. Laundry service is available at an additional charge.
There is no guaranteed private parking, but street parking is usually available in front of the property.

The nearest airport, Thessaloniki’s Macedonia Airport, is located 110 km from Tripiti, the port town from which ferries depart for the island.
