Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Sunrise Villas is situated on the island of Amouliani, 400m away from the beach. Each villa, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens with a panoramic sea view, features a modern interior design, and the spacious veranda in the shade serves as the perfect place for relaxation and enjoyment of privacy.
There are four identical ground floor villas available that can accommodate two adults and one child, consisting of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for one person.
The air-conditioned unit offers a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a kitchen equipped with a two-burner stove and a large oven, a big fridge, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The bathroom features a shower without a bathtub with a glass partition and toiletries.
From the veranda, furnished with seating area and loungers, there is a panoramic view of the sea.
Pets are not allowed. A parking space is provided for accommodation guests.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit, as well as towel replacement, is done daily, while bed linen is changed every two days.
Sunrise Villas is located 950m away from the port, 1.2km from the central square, and 112km from Thessaloniki Airport.

Poštovani, zanima me da li postoje slobodne 2vile/apartmani za Sunrise Ville za dve porodice od dvoje odraslih i po dvoje dece (jedna porodica deca uzrasta 4 i 1 godina i druga porodica deca uzrasta 4 i nepuna godina dana). Poštovani, pozdrav, interesuje me da li ima još apartmana/Vila Sunrise Villa na Amuljani ostrvu u Grčkoj? U pitanju su dve porodice sa po dva odrasla i dva deteta uzrasta 4 godine i 1 godinu( jedna porodica ima decu 4 godine i 1 godina uzrasta a druga porodica dete 4 godine i nepuna godina)?
