Accommodation description
Grands’ House is a new accommodation, located not far from the sandy beach in Ierissos. The accommodation has a small enclosed yard, with landscaped lawns, gazebo and a barbecue, making it a great choice for a family holiday.
The beach is 250m away, the nearest supermarket is at 50m, while the bakery is 20m away. The center is about 350m away, and the nearest restaurant is at about 100m.
It offers three three-bed, five four-bed and one six-bed apartment. The apartments are distributed on the ground floor (21-25m2) and on the first floor (27-28m2). On the second floor there is also a new six-bed apartment with two bedrooms (50m2), and the owners also live on that floor. Three-bed and four-bed apartments are air-conditioned, have TV, internet, balcony or veranda with clothes dryer, mosquito nets and equipped kitchen with two-burner stove and small refrigerator. There is a shower cabin in the bathrooms, except for one apartment that has an unenclosed shower. Six-bed apartment in the living room with kitchen has a sofa for two people, one bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a large stove and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and the bathroom has a shower cabin. The apartment has a side view of the sea from afar.
Bed linen and towels are replaced every five days, while guests themselves take care of the hygiene in their units. There’s also a shared washing machine available.
There is a faucet with a hose in each corner of the house.
Pets are allowed on request.
There’s a private parking, so guests can park nearby.
Grands’ House is a great choice for families with children looking for good accommodation, within easy reach of all amenities in Ierissos.

The accommodation’s location is excellent. The beach is a three-minute walk away, and the first shop can be reached in less than a minute. The terrace, with a designated area for drying laundry and a tap for each apartment, is a real plus.

The accommodation is excellent—highly recommended. Clean and comfortable, the apartment for a family of five has a spacious terrace, and we truly enjoyed it. The location is superb, conveniently close to both the beach and an excellent bakery. All praise.
