The apartment is excellently equipped, everything inside is new and clean, located in a prime area. Nearby, you will find all the taverns and shops, with a bakery right across from the accommodation, and the beach is approximately 200 meters away. Lidl and Masutas are about 800 meters away. The overall impression of the accommodation and the friendly hosts is outstanding. This accommodation comes highly recommended without any reservations.

New, clean accommodation, the owners are kind and wonderful people. Close to the beach, bakeries, and shops. We are very satisfied.

We are extremely satisfied with the accommodation at Grand's house. The apartments are new, exceptionally clean, and there is more than enough storage space. The terrace is spacious... Bed linens and towels are changed every 5 days. There is an option to use the washing machine. The owners are very friendly and always ready to help if any issues arise. The city beach is just a 5-minute leisurely walk away. On the beach, there is our favorite "rice" sand, along with showers and changing cabins. In the first half of July, there were no crowds at the beach, and the sea was exceptionally clean. There were windy days, but the waves were small and did not bother us.

The apartment is located at the end of Jerisos, five minutes from the beach and twenty meters from the best bakery in town. We were accommodated on the ground floor, facing the courtyard, which was very convenient for the children. The owners were kind and unobtrusive. The apartments are new, beautifully furnished, and the beds are comfortable. The only drawback is the slightly smaller kitchen, but that is not a major issue. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Well, there’s nothing to complain about; the house is perfect. It is located in an excellent area, and the owners are fantastic—practically no issues at all.

Kind and courteous hosts. The ground-floor apartment is perfect for a family of three. Parking is provided alongside the accommodation. The beach, promenade, restaurants, and shops are just a three-minute walk away. An excellent bakery is located on the same street, only a minute's walk.

The accommodation was excellent, clean, and close to the beach. The owners were very friendly. Grand's House comes highly recommended, and many return to stay there. Everything is conveniently located nearby. Atos is beautiful; we switched between beaches. The children enjoyed both the beach and the apartment's courtyard. I would recommend this place to anyone vacationing in Jerissos.

An excellent accommodation in a quiet part of Jerisos, very close to the city beach and all amenities. A great bakery is located just 20 meters from the accommodation. We stayed on the first floor in a four-person apartment (two adults and a nine-year-old child). The spacious apartment is very clean, new, and well-maintained. All windows are fitted with screens, and the bathroom has natural ventilation and a shower cabin. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, featuring a built-in stove with two burners, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The terrace is spacious and large, overlooking the street. Jerisos has many stray dogs and cats that occasionally bark or quarrel under the windows of the accommodation, but this doesn't last long; they argue a bit and then calm down. With people, it's quite different :) but that has nothing to do with the accommodation itself. The owners are kind and unobtrusive, always there for us. They change the linens and towels every five days; you maintain hygiene yourself, and you will find everything necessary for that in the apartment. The beds and mattresses are new and comfortable. The air conditioning worked without any issues. In Jerisos, you have a well-stocked Masutis, and there is also a Lidl, which I wasn't particularly satisfied with, accessible by car from the accommodation. There is a small grocery store nearby, but it didn't meet my shopping standards, so we bought everything at Masutis. Parking is available everywhere on the street or in a fenced area with a gate that doesn't close, located diagonally from the accommodation; the owner will inform you about this when you check in. To summarize: a new, clean, and well-maintained accommodation in an excellent location with very kind owners. We will definitely return.

All praise for the accommodation. It is just a few minutes from the beach, a stone's throw from the bakery, and the hosts are kind and unobtrusive, always available if something is needed. The terrace is large and most of the day is in the shade. There is also enough space to park a car. An additional plus is that it is pet friendly. Furthermore, we would like to commend Nikana for the easy and straightforward arrangement, as well as for the accuracy in the accommodation description. Everything is as described; in fact, it is even better and more beautiful in person. Everything is new, clean, and comfortable. The location is also quite good.

We hardly ever encountered the owners, except when they brought clean linens for us to change ourselves. They do not enter the apartment, do not change the linens, nor do they clean the apartment. The yard next door and the one across the street have dogs that bark incessantly from 5 PM onwards at anyone who passes by, making it quite unpleasant to sit and enjoy the evening hours on the terrace.

An excellent accommodation! The hosts are pleasant, kind, and unobtrusive. They are always available for any advice or assistance. The lodging is clean and conveniently located near the city beach. The place is in such a prime location that if there are large waves at the city beach, you can reach the tranquil beach on the other side of the peninsula in just a short time (7 minutes of leisurely walking). Highly commendable.

We are extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and kindness of the owners. The accommodation is conveniently located near the city beach. While the eastern shore is windy and wavy, the western shore is calm. We vacationed during a time of major floods and storms, yet our stay here was a complete success, particularly due to the ease of quickly transitioning from the eastern to the western side of the Athos peninsula. We recommend that anyone traveling with a baby brings a crib mattress; although a nice crib is provided, the mattress is not quite suitable for infants. It is as thin as a blanket.
