Ammou Lux Villa is located in the peaceful and small village of Amouliani, ideal for those who want to escape the city crowds and everyday stress. The accommodation is clean, functional, and situated in a quiet part of the island, making it a perfect choice for relaxation. Amouliani Island, the only inhabited island of Halkidiki, is known for its beautiful beaches with crystal-clear water and golden sand. Thanks to its small size, the island is easy to access and suitable for exploring. Ammou Lux Villa is an ideal choice for lovers of untouched nature and tranquillity, who want a truly relaxing holiday accompanied by the sound of waves and the scent of pine trees.

The accommodation offers double studios located on the elevated ground floor or on the first floor. They can accommodate up to two adults and consist of a sleeping area with a kitchenette and a private bathroom. Some studios are equipped with a double bed, while others have two joined single beds.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi internet, TV, as well as a kitchenette equipped with a single-ring electric hob and a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A hairdryer can be borrowed upon request.

Each unit has its own private balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture, providing an ideal place to relax and enjoy peaceful moments during your stay. Guests can start the day with a morning coffee, spend pleasant moments throughout the day, or enjoy an evening break in the fresh air.

Pets are not allowed at this accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is carried out every fifth day, or halfway through the stay.

Private parking is not available, but a free parking space can usually be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.

Ammou Lux Villa is 300 meters away from the nearest beach, while some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, such as Alikes Beach, are located approximately 2 km away, and Karagatsia Beach is around 3 km from the accommodation. The nearest airport, Makedonia Airport in Thessaloniki, is located 110 km from Tripiti, the place from which the ferry crosses to the island.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Price note

Upon arrival at the accommodation, it is mandatory to pay a fee of 2€ per day of stay.
Reservations are made in 10-day shifts.
