Owner description
Tea Studio and Apartments is located in Ierissos, a popular tourist destination on Mount Athos, on the eastern coast of the third peninsula of Halkidiki, known for its very long sandy beach next to the turquoise sea, which is 600m away.
Three accommodation units are available.
The apartment on the high ground floor and the studio on the second floor can accommodate up to four people. The bedroom in the apartment has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two. The studio has a double bed in a space that is not separated from the kitchen by a door. Both accommodation units have two verandas or two balconies, and the studio also offers a sea view.
The apartment located on the first floor can accommodate up to four people and consists of a living room with kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa for one person. The apartment has two balconies.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, and guests have access to free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, washing machine (in the first-floor apartment), as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner ceramic hob, large oven, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher (in the high ground floor apartment and studio on the second floor), kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. The bathrooms have a shower without a tub with a glass partition.
During hot summer days, with a side view of the sea (studio) or the courtyard, guests can spend time on the veranda or balcony equipped with seating.
In the well-kept and beautifully maintained courtyard, guests can enjoy preparing barbecue with family and friends.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. For reservations of eight nights or more, bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay.
There is no private parking, but free parking can easily be found in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
Tea Studio and Apartments is located 3.1km from Kakoudia, one of the most famous beaches on Mount Athos, 6.1km from the popular small town of Nea Roda, and 102km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 0% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
