Hotel Description

Markos Hotel is located in the center of Ierissos, just 80m from the sandy beach. Guests can use the barbecue and a large summer house surrounded by a landscaped garden and benches. The hotel is open all year-round. Pets are allowed.

The hotel is not new, it’s quite modest, but it’s very popular because it’s close to all amenities. The nearest market is 100m away, the bakery is at 60m, the restaurant is at 50m and the center is 600m away.

A total of 55 rooms are distributed in two buildings, with the least of single and double rooms The rooms in the first building are double and slightly smaller (about 20m2) than the rooms in the second building (about 25m2). One room has five beds and has two rooms, with three single beds and a TV i.e. one double bed and air conditioning.

The rooms are air-conditioned, have a TV, internet, small fridge, shower with a curtain or without curtain and a terrace. If someone needs a hairdryer or safe box, please contact the staff at the front desk (on duty until evening).

Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are replaced every five days.

The courtyard is nicely arranged, so you can enjoy a coffee or a drink from the hotel bar in the shade and the cosy atmosphere, or to take it to the room.

There is also a shower.

There’s a place for only 15 vehicles in private parking, so other guests can park nearby.

Markos Hotel is recommended to non-demanding guests whose priority is peace and closeness to all amenities.

We stayed at the Markos Hotel in Jerisos. It was wonderful. The only complaint pertains to the mattresses, which are quite uncomfortable. Everything else was satisfactory in relation to the price.

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
