Zefi Villa is located outside the town of Ierissos, a popular tourist town on the east coast of Athos with a long sandy beach from which the accommodation is 200m away, and from the town center about 2.2km.
In its offer, there are two accommodation units that are maisonettes on two levels and are located on the high ground floor.
The first maisonette consists of two levels and can host a maximum of six adults and four children. On the first level (at the level of the upper ground floor) there is a living room with an equipped kitchen and a dining table, as well as a bathroom. On the second level (at the level of the first floor) there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed. Two bedrooms have access to a shared balcony. In the living room there is a sofa bed for four children.
The second maisonette consists of two levels and can accommodate a maximum of eight adults and two children. On the first level (at the level of the upper ground floor) there is a living room with an equipped kitchen and a dining table, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the second level (at the level of the first floor) there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed. There are two sofas for one person in the living room.
On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has independent cooling units in the living room and in all bedrooms, free WiFi internet, flat-screen TV (in all rooms), mosquito nets, hair dryer, as well as an equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass-ceramic hotplates, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster. The bathrooms have a shower cabin.
Guests can spend warm summer days, with a view of the sea and courtyards, on the balcony, which is equipped with seating.
In the decorated, large and well-maintained yard, guests can enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends under the summer house.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter clean accommodation and take care of their own hygiene during their stay. For reservations of eight or more nights, bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay.
A parking space is provided for accommodation guests.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 0% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
