Description
Armonia Lux Studios is a new accommodation (2017) 200m from the center of Ierissos (between the church and the stadium) and only 70m from the sandy beach where you can use parasols and deck chairs with minimum consumption of 3e per person. It consists of two modern maisonettes on the upper floor, for 6-7 people, exuding cleanliness and comfort.
Maisonette Armonia 1 (67m2) has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom on the lower floor. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed where you can enjoy watching TV and access to the spacious terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, with mini-oven and a stovetop, large fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker and necessary utensils. The bathroom has a hydromassage shower, as well as a hairdryer. The washing machine is also available. The gallery has two bedrooms with a TV and one double i.e. two single beds. They are not completely closed (instead of a wall, there's a curtain on one side) and have skylights.
Maisonette Armonia 2 (56m2) has a slightly different layout, but it's equally well and modernly equipped. On the lower level, there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with access to a spacious terrace, bathroom and bedroom with one double bed. The gallery has a second bedroom with one double bed and a TV. It's not physically enclosed and has a skylight. The kitchen, dining room and living room are slightly smaller than in the first maisonette, they're practically in the same room but identically furnished. The bathroom comes with a hydromassage shower and a hairdryer.
Both maisonettes have central air conditioning, internet, mosquito nets, TV, hairdryer and spacious terraces with tumble dryer. There's no smoking inside. Auxiliary bed can be added.
Cleaning, as a replacement of towels and bed linen, is performed every two days.
The facility is located in an enclosed yard with landscaped lawn, which makes it safe for children to play.
Private parking is not provided, but you can find parking nearby.
The accommodation is in a great location, the beach is close and the other amenities are not far away. The nearest supermarket and restaurant are 100m away and the nearest bakery is at bout 50m. There's also a paediatrician nearby.
If you're looking for new and quality accommodation close to all amenities in Ierissos, Armonia Lux Studios is a perfect choice for a nice family vacation. It's open from early April to late October.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
