Olvia Villa is located in Narkissos, in the Preveza area, about 15.2 km from the nearest beach. The accommodation is a good choice for guests who want a quieter environment, spacious apartment accommodation, and a stay outside the busiest tourist areas, with the possibility of visiting the coast, Preveza, and surrounding towns with their own vehicle. Thanks to its location in a quieter area and mountain views, this accommodation provides a pleasant base for a relaxed holiday and a practical stay for families or groups who prefer more space.

The accommodation is located on the first floor and is organized as a spacious apartment for a maximum of six adults. There is a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom, which makes the space suitable for families or groups that want a more comfortable arrangement of rooms during their vacation. Two bedrooms have double beds, one of them has an extra bed for one person, while the third bedroom has one bed for one person.

For families with babies, a baby cot can be provided on request and at no extra charge, which makes it easier for parents to organize their stay and makes the accommodation more convenient for a family vacation.

The accommodation is equipped with amenities that allow guests a pleasant and independent stay during their vacation. Air conditioners are located in the living room and two bedrooms, while the third bedroom is equipped with a fan, so the temperature can be more easily adjusted in different parts of the apartment. Wi-Fi internet, a Smart TV in the living room with the option to use apps to watch your favorite content, and an additional TV in one bedroom are at guests’ disposal. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four heating zones, a large oven, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster, providing good conditions for preparing meals, drinks, and oven-baked dishes during your stay. Additional practical amenities include a washing machine and a hair dryer.

The outside space consists of two balconies and a common yard that guests can use during their stay. One balcony is connected to the living room, while the other is accessed from the bedrooms, so the accommodation offers more opportunities to stay outdoors and enjoy a quieter environment. The accommodation offers a view of the mountain, which additionally contributes to a more pleasant environment and a feeling of rest away from the crowds. The common yard is fenced and can serve as an additional space for spending time outdoors during the day.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

For reservations longer than eight days, the cleaning of the accommodation, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is scheduled every five days. For shorter stays, this service is not provided, while additional cleaning, additional sets of bed linen, and additional sets of towels are not available during the stay.

Two private parking spaces are available to guests within the accommodation, which facilitates the organization of arrival and stay for guests traveling with their own vehicle. Narkissos is a small and quieter settlement in the inner part of the Preveza area, suitable for guests who want a more relaxed stay away from the classic coastal crowds, but with the possibility to visit the coast, surrounding towns, and natural beauties of this part of Epirus by car. Since it is not located directly by the sea, it is most suitable for guests who come with their own vehicle and want accommodation in a quieter environment, with easier access to different beaches and picnic spots during their vacation. In the wider area, there are the beaches of the Ionian coast, as well as the famous places of this part of the region, among which Parga, Preveza, Amudia, and Kanalaki stand out. This part of Epirus is particularly interesting for guests who want to combine swimming and relaxing at the sea with a tour of natural and cultural sites, such as the Acheron River and historical sights in the area. Due to the quieter environment, greener hinterland and good connection with the coast, Narkisos can be a good choice for families and groups that value spaciousness, a more private rhythm of vacation and the possibility of independently planning daily tours. The accommodation is about 60 kilometers from the international airport in Preveza.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
