** Maria Villa is located near the center of Parga and offers neat, maintained and fully equipped accommodation units, and one of its main advantages are the friendly hosts. **
The villa is located in the center of Parga, five minutes walk from the port and city beaches, and is in a good position to go to the most famous beach Valtos. The nearest supermarket is 50m away and the bus station is 150m away.
It offers one five-bed apartment (one separate bedroom), one four-bed duplex apartment (two separate bedrooms), three two-bed studios and two three-bed studios. They are equipped with satellite TV and a kitchen with a coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge.
Cleaning is provided daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every third or fourth day (depending on the length of stay).
The owners are very pleasant and hospitable and they will do their best to make your vacation in Parga unforgettable.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
