Accommodation description

Maria Villa is located in a peaceful and hilly part of Parga, with narrow streets, yet close to the center, offering tidy, well-maintained, and fully equipped accommodation units. One of the greatest advantages of this property are the kind and accommodating hosts.

The accommodation is ideally situated for a visit to the most famous beach in Valtos (https://nikana.gr/sr/vodic/epir/plaze/2524/valtos-plaza), while the nearest supermarket is only 50m away.

There are two apartments and seven studios available. The triple studio is on the first floor, while the double ones are on the high ground floor and first floor. The apartments are located on the high ground floor and first floor. Units on the high ground floor are one step above the courtyard level.

All units feature a fully equipped kitchen (stove with two burners, small oven, while the six-person apartment has a large oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and fridge), bathroom, TV, internet, mosquito nets (only in the studios located at the back), and a terrace - offering views of the street, courtyard, or the sea in the distance.

Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every three to four days, depending on the length of stay.

The property does not have its own parking, but guests can park on the street in front of the villa or nearby.

Thanks to the pleasant hosts, good location, and peaceful surroundings, Maria Villa is an excellent choice for families and couples seeking accommodation close to all amenities, yet away from the noise of the center.

There were three of us in the accommodation. All three of us were delighted, primarily with the hosts who were constantly there for us, even assisting with bringing in and taking out our belongings. The apartments are cleaned daily, and halfway through our stay, the bed linens and towels are changed. There is a safe in the room, as well as a plethora of small kitchen appliances and all the necessary utensils. The location is just a few minutes from the center. We explored all of Parga and the surrounding areas, and for that price, there truly is nothing better or more beautiful. As for the owners, it is rare to be welcomed and seen off in such a manner; we are genuinely thrilled with both the accommodation and Parga itself, along with its nearby beaches. We will gladly return here. 😊❤️

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
