Maria Villa is located in a peaceful and hilly part of Parga, with narrow streets, yet close to the center, offering tidy, well-maintained, and fully equipped accommodation units. One of the greatest advantages of this property are the kind and hospitable hosts.

The accommodation is ideally situated for visiting the most famous beach, Valtos (https://nikana.gr/en/guide/epirus/beaches/2524/valtos-beach), while the nearest supermarket is just 50m away.

There are two apartments and seven studios available. Triple studios are located on the ground floor and high ground floor. The apartments are situated on the high ground floor and the first floor. All units feature a fully equipped kitchen (stove with two burners, small oven, while the apartment for six people has a large oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and fridge), bathroom, TV, internet, mosquito nets (only available in studios located at the back), and a terrace - with a view of the street, courtyard, or the distant sea.

Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every three to four days, depending on the length of stay.

The property does not have its own parking, but guests can park on the street in front of the villa or nearby.

Thanks to the pleasant hosts, good location, and peaceful surroundings, Maria Villa is an excellent choice for families and couples looking for accommodation close to all amenities, yet away from the noise of the center.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
