Accommodation description

Dallas Studios is an accommodation located in the center of Parga, only 20m away from the Krioneri beach and 100m from the Piso Krioneri beach. It offers studios with a sea view, while guests have access to a safe and reception. In addition to the prime location, the advantages of this accommodation are quality service and hygiene.

The nearest grocery store and bakery are located 20m away, while the Lihnos and Valtos beaches are 2.5km away.

There are six accommodation units available on the first floor: one standard double studio with a narrower than standard French bed, two premium studios with a French bed, and three renovated studios with two single beds each. The surface area of the studios ranges from 24-26m².

All studios are air-conditioned and equipped with a TV, wireless internet, mosquito nets, a bathroom with a hairdryer, a kitchenette for preparing light meals (fridge with freezer, cooker hood, electric kettle), a safe, and a mini pharmacy. Each studio has a terrace overlooking the sea.

Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

The property does not have its own parking lot, but parking is possible in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, where several public parking spaces are available.

The property is not suitable for children and is intended exclusively for persons over 18 years of age.

Dallas Studios is the ideal choice for those seeking excellent accommodation in an exceptional location and are willing to accept a slightly higher price. This is one of the best villas in Parga, not because of the quality of accommodation, but because of the ideal position, excellent service, and hygiene.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
