Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Dallas Studios is an accommodation located in the center of Parga, 20m away from the Krioneri beach and 100m from the Piso Krioneri beach. It consists of sea view studios, offering guests wireless internet, a safe, and a reception. In addition to its prime location, the advantages of this accommodation are high-quality service and cleanliness.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are located 20m away, while the Lihnos and Valtos beaches are 2.5km away.
There are six accommodation units available on the first floor. Three Standard double studios S1, S3, and S4 with one double or two single beds, two Premium studios S2 and S5 with one double or two single beds and a sofa bed, and one renovated studio S6 with one double or two single beds and a sofa bed. All studios are sized from 20-22m2.
The studios are air-conditioned, equipped with a TV, wireless internet, mosquito nets, a bathroom with a hairdryer, a kitchenette (three studios have a hob with two burners, and three studios have a mini-oven with a fridge, freezer, extractor hood, and electric kettle), a bathroom with a hairdryer, a terrace with a sea view, and a safe.
Cleaning is done daily, linen is changed every three days, and towels every four days.
The property does not have parking, but parking is available nearby.
The reception is open from 9:00-23:00.
