Our description
Dallas Studios is the accommodation in the center of Parga, 20m from Krioneri beach and 100m from Piso Krioneri beach. It consists of studios with a sea view, and amenities include wireless internet, safe box and reception. In addition to a good location, its benefits are quality service and hygiene.
The nearest grocery store and bakery are at 20m, while Lihnos and Valtos beach are 2,5km away.
They offer six studios. Three Standard double studios S1, S3 and S4 with onedouble or two joined single beds, two Premium studios S2 and S5 with one double or two single beds and a extra bed, and one renovated studio S6 with one double or two single beds and extra bed. All studios are 20-22m2 in size.
The studios are air-conditioned, have a TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, bathroom with a hairdryer, equipped kitchen (three studios have two hot plates, three studios have a mini-stove with oven and refrigerator with freezer, aspirator and a kettle), bathroom with a hairdryer, terrace overlooking the sea and a safe box. Cleaning is provided on a daily basis, bed linen is replaced every third, and towels every fourth day.
The reception is open from 9:00-23:00.
Enter Parga, drive to the crossroads, then turn left and continue towards the promenade until you see the reception on the ground floor on the right-hand side.
Dallas Studios is an ideal choice for everyone looking for excellent accommodation on an exceptional location and do not mind a slightly higher price. It's one of the best villas in Parga, not because of the quality of accommodation, but because of the ideal location, excellent service and hygiene.

Owners description
Just 30m from the central beach and 90m from the port and market area lies the perfectly set accommodation for your holiday. All studios have natural light from both front and back, with a beautiful view of the beach and the enchanting islands.
Flawlessly organized and hygienic, our lodging covers the needs of any visitor and offers fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities, first-aid kit and fire extinguishers, mosquito nets, TV, WiFi internet, flawless reception, A/C and of course, hot water 24/7.
Housekeeping is provided on a daily basis, while sheets and towels are replaced every three days. Any problem that may arise is dealt with immediately. Concierge is available 24/7 to resolve whatever problem or question that may require assistance.
The studios are located above the Parga beach, on the first floor, with a splendid view of the beach and to the islet of Virgin Mary. The building consists of six independent studios for 2-4 persons. Amenities include A/C, WiFi internet, balcony, hot water 24/7, complete equipped kitchen, view of the beach and the islet, bathroom with a shower, mosquito nets and a TV.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
