Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Stelios Apartments is located in the traditional village of Agia Paraskevi, a peaceful and authentic place that reflects the spirit of a true Greek atmosphere. The property is surrounded by nature and a well-maintained courtyard, offering ideal conditions for relaxation, tranquility, and an escape from everyday crowds. Its excellent location allows easy exploration of the surroundings, with the thermal baths of Agia Paraskevi, beautiful beaches, and well-known seaside resorts just a few minutes’ drive away.
The property features a total of seven accommodation units, carefully arranged on the first and second floors, providing a comfortable stay for couples, families, and small groups of guests. All units are functionally furnished and adapted to meet different guest needs.
The studio is suitable for up to three adults and one child up to 16 years of age. It is located on the first floor and consists of a sleeping area, a kitchen, and a bathroom. It is equipped with two joined single beds, one single bed, and a sofa bed.
Two apartments are suitable for up to two adults and are located on the second floor. They consist of a kitchen and a bathroom, as well as a bedroom with two single beds.
Three apartments, located on the first and second floors, are ideal for up to three adults. They consist of a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. These apartments feature a double bed in the bedroom, while the single bed is located either in the kitchen with a sleeping area or in the same bedroom, depending on the apartment layout.
The large apartment offers additional comfort and is suitable for up to five adults. It is located on the first floor and consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One bedroom has two joined single beds, the second bedroom has two separate single beds, while an additional single bed is located in the kitchen with a sleeping area.
A baby cot is not available at the property.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, where air-conditioning units are located in the bedrooms, guests have access to free WiFi and TV. The apartments feature kitchens equipped with a two-burner electric hob, while the studio has a small stove with three burners and a small oven. A refrigerator with a freezer compartment is available in all units, except for the large apartment, which features a large refrigerator with a freezer.
On the balconies, which are furnished with outdoor seating sets, guests can enjoy views of the beautifully landscaped courtyard and greenery, and depending on the accommodation unit, views or partial views of the sea in the distance.
At this property, small pets are allowed upon request and free of charge.
During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation themselves. Bed linen and towel changes are not provided, except for stays longer than ten nights, when cleaning as well as bed linen and towel changes are provided midway through the stay.
Five private parking spaces are available for guests, and additional parking is possible on the street in front of the property.
