Welcome to Elena Studios and Apartments situated in Nea Irakleia, Halkidiki.

Our recently renovated studios and apartments, designed with an ideal blend of love and experience, offer a wealth of hospitality and quality of service. Our priority is professionalism as well as creating a friendly environment. All of the apartments are spacious and can accommodate 3-4 people. They are decorated and furnished to cover the needs of our visitors.

Apartment No. 1 (40m) is located on the first floor, with a balcony overlooking the village, the sea and Olympus on the horizon. It has two bedrooms and a kitchen with dining table. The first bedroom has one double bed and the second has two single beds. Both rooms have A/C, LED TV and internet. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a fridge, mini-stove with oven, toaster, electric kettle and kitchen utensils.

Apartment No. 2 (30m) is located on the first floor, with a balcony overlooking the sea. It has one bedroom and a kitchen with dining table. There’s also a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The first bedroom has one double bed and the second has two single beds. Both rooms have A/C, LED TV and internet. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a fridge, mini-stove with oven, toaster, electric kettle and kitchen utensils.

Apartment No. 3 (40m) is located on the first floor, with a balcony overlooking and the countryside, and another balcony in the back. It has two bedrooms and a kitchen with dining table. There’s also a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. The first bedroom has one double bed and the second has two single beds. Both rooms have A/C, LED TV and internet. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a fridge, mini-stove with oven, toaster, electric kettle and kitchen utensils.

Studio (30m2) accommodates two people and it’s located on the ground floor. It has an independent entrance and a private garden (30m2). The bedroom has one double bed, A/C, LED TV and internet. A separate kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, mini-stove with oven, toaster, electric kettle and kitchen utensils. There’s also a bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
