Description
One of the most popular accommodations for PargaYota Studios is the accommodation in Parga, about 400m from the center and 300m from Piso Krioneri beach. It offers studios for 2-3 people and apartments for a maximum of five people. Amenities include wireless internet, a landscaped yard and private parking. It's a good accommodation at a reasonable price, ideal for families, young people and couples.
The nearest grocery store is at 30m, while the nearest bakery is 350m away.
They offer 10 accommodation units. Two double studios (16m2) have one double bed, and two triple studios (20m) have one double and a single bed. Four quadruple apartments (40m2) have one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen, one quadruple duplex apartment (45m2) has one double i.e. two single beds in two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, while the quintuple duplex apartment (50m2) has one double i.e. three single beds in two bedrooms.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, wireless internet, kitchen (two hot plates and a refrigerator with freezer) and a terrace. Duplex apartments have a large kitchen with a stove and large refrigerator.
Cleaning is provided on a daily basis, while bed linen and towels are replaced every third day.
Private parking is available for all guests.
The owners live in the house and somebody is always available for any help or information.
The villa is located just after the Kordas Market, from the entrance to Parga, on the main road, on the left. Due to the proximity of the main road, it can be noisy sometimes in studios facing the street.
Yota Studios offers good accommodation at a reasonable price and it's an ideal choice for families, young people and couples.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
