Yota Studios is located about 400m from the center of Parga and 300m from Piso Krioneri beach. The accommodation is perfect for families, couples, and young people seeking a comfortable vacation close to all amenities.

The nearest store is only 30m away, while the bakery is located 350m from the accommodation.

Offered is a spacious five-bed apartment (50m²) on the ground floor. The bedroom features one double and three single beds, while the kitchen area has an additional single bed.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, TV, WiFi internet, a fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven and a large fridge with a freezer), as well as a veranda on the ground floor.

Cleaning is done every six days, with bed linen and towels changed every four days. Guests also have access to private parking in the courtyard, in front of the apartment.

A significant advantage of this accommodation is that the owners are always available to guests - they live in the same house and are happy to assist with anything needed. The owner speaks Serbian, is familiar with our mentality, and has years of experience working with tourists from Serbia, making the stay even more pleasant.

The owner of the accommodation is a very polite and kind person. The apartments are cleaned daily, and the staff is exceptionally courteous. It is located near the promenade and the city beaches.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
