Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

One of the most popular accommodations for SartiXanthipi Studios is the right choice if you want to spend your vacation in a modern accommodation. It's located in the first row to the beach and in the center of the place at the same time.
The beach is only few steps away, as well as all amenities of Sarti.
In the offer are three studios with a sea view, located on the first floor. The first studio (32m2) has one double and a single bed, and there is a drawer bed that can be pulled out if needed. The second studio is a bit smaller (30m2) and has one double, one single and a sofa bed, which, when opened, becomes a queen size bed. The last studio is the smallest (28m2) and has one double and a single bed.
All three studios have a kitchen with big fridge with freezer compartment and hotplates, internet, TV, air conditioner, hairdryer, iron and a bathroom with an edged showering area and curtain.
After you get to the big public parking in Sarti, turn left to the street next to the beach, continue straight and after around 150m you'll see the accommodation on the left.
Xanthipi Studios is suitable for guests who prefer to be in the very center, close to the sea.

Postovani potrebna su mi sva 3 smestajau periodu od 10 dana za termine oko 20-30 juna. Znaci moze korekcija datuma po vasem radpirefu u trajanju od 10 dana. 3 porodice sa decom od kojih jedna sa 3 deteta i od kojib jedno dete spaca sa roditeljima. Zanima me dostupnost i koja bi cena bila. Hvala

Pisala sam vec u vezi jednog smestaja. Isto pitanje me zanima i za ovaj. Suprug i ja imamo trojke i dovoljna nam je soba i sa 4 kreveta. Ali kad idem na rezervaciju to mogu uciniti samo ako stavim da je nas dvoje sa dvoje dece. Kad čekiram troje dece pise da nije raspolozivo. Trojke imaju 4 godine i ne spavaju samostalno. Dvoje spavaju sa mamom. Jedan sa tatom. Da li mozemo svakako i ovaj smestaj uzeti u obzir za rezervaciju? Hvala, Ana
