Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

One of the most popular accommodations for SartiXanthipi Studios is the right choice if you want to spend your vacation in a modern accommodation. It's located in the first row to the beach and in the center of the place at the same time.
The beach is only few steps away, as well as all amenities of Sarti.
In the offer are three studios with a sea view, located on the first floor. The first studio (32m2) has one double and a single bed, and there is a drawer bed that can be pulled out if needed. The second studio is a bit smaller (30m2) and has one double, one single and a sofa bed, which, when opened, becomes a queen size bed. The last studio is the smallest (28m2) and has one double and a single bed.
All three studios have a kitchen with big fridge with freezer compartment and hotplates, internet, TV, air conditioner, hairdryer, iron and a bathroom with an edged showering area and curtain.
After you get to the big public parking in Sarti, turn left to the street next to the beach, continue straight and after around 150m you'll see the accommodation on the left.
Xanthipi Studios is suitable for guests who prefer to be in the very center, close to the sea.

Da li imate slobodan smestaj za 5 odraslih i 1 bebu od godinu dana (tri sobe) od 20.06 do 27.06?

Danas smo sesti dan u smestaju i nisu nam ni jednom cistili sobu. Takodje, gazdarica je samo ostavila cistu posteljinu na terasi pre dva dana ( ne znam da li bi trebalo sami da pocistimo i menjamo posteljine) pri tome smo sa bebom od godinu dana u sobi. Preko puta smestaja je navodno parking gde smo parkirani od prvog dana, medjutim ispred nas su parkirani drugi automobili i jutros kad smo hteli ici autom na plazu van mesta nismo mogli. Pola sata smo se vrteli i trazili nekog da nam pomogne, ali u pola 9 ujutru niko ni od gazdi nije bio budan. Smestaj je star i neopremljen posudjem, ukoliko planiras nesto da skuvas bolje poneti sopstveno sudje. Posebno zbog dece. Jedino sto vredi je terasa. Sve u svemu jako smo nezadovoljni i ne preporucujemo ovaj smestaj! P.S. kada je suprug rekao gazdarici da su nas zagradili bila je jako neljubazna i rekla da ona ne moze da zabrani ljudima gde da stanu. Obisli smo pola Grcke i nigde nam gore nije bilo.
