Our description
One of the most popular accommodations for SartiXanthipi Studios is the right choice if you want to spend your vacation in a modern accommodation. It's located in the first row to the beach and in the center of the place at the same time.
The beach is only few steps away, as well as all amenities of Sarti.
In the offer are three studios with a sea view, located on the first floor. The first studio (32m2) has one double and a single bed, and there is a drawer bed that can be pulled out if needed. The second studio is a bit smaller (30m2) and has one double, one single and a sofa bed, which, when opened, becomes a queen size bed. The last studio is the smallest (28m2) and has one double and a single bed.
All three studios have a kitchen with big fridge with freezer compartment and hotplates, internet, TV, air conditioner, hairdryer, iron and a bathroom with an edged showering area and curtain.
After you get to the big public parking in Sarti, turn left to the street next to the beach, continue straight and after around 150m you'll see the accommodation on the left.
Xanthipi Studios is suitable for guests who prefer to be in the very center, close to the sea.

Welcome to the beautiful Sarti, one of the most beautiful summer destinations of Halkidiki. Studios Xanthipi is newly built accommodation in the center of Sarti.
Our studios are just 20m from the sea and they're equipped with a refrigerator, stove and utensils, water kettle and the bathroom with hairdryer and hot water non-stop.
From our balcony you can enjoy stunning views of the beach of Sarti and the imposing form of Mount Athos. We wait and we wish you a beautiful and memorable holiday.
The folding couch in the 3+1 studio can be used by one adult or two young children.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, da li i 3 bad studio ima pogled na more i da li je na spratu? Takodje, da li je slobodan od 06.06. do 16.06.? Cena je po apartmanu, ne vezano što dolazimo samo dvoje? Hvala unapred.
