Accommodation is located at about 240m from the beach and about 200m from the nearest market. Tucked away in a spacious yard, full of greenery, flowers and natural shade, can be a good choice for families with small children.
Evristhenis House consists of a ground floor building and a 2-storey building. The ground-floor facility has five triple studios (23m2)(studio type A) and one four-bed small studio (23m2)(studio type B), while in the 2-storey building there are four four-bed duplex apartments (52m2) (apartment type A).
Three-bed studios have one double bed and one single bed, while a four-bed studios have a double bed bed and bunk beds in the bedroom and a separate kitchen. All studios are located on the high ground floor. Three-bed studios have a garden view, while four-bed studio have a street view.
Two four-bed apartments are on the first floor, and two on the second floor. Each apartment has a double bed in one bedroom, in the other bedroom are two single beds, the kitchen and the dining room are separated. All apartments have two balconies and garden view.
All accommodation units are air conditioned, have TV and internet. On the balconies there are either awnings or parasols. Kitchen in studios have small fridges and have a two hot plates, while the apartments have large refrigerators and a mini-stove. Bathrooms feature bathtubs with curtains, and guests have a hairdryer. They all have drying clothes, and there is a shared washing machine, which you can use with the owner.
Cleaning, as well as replacing bed linen and towels, is done every fifth day.
The courtyard is well maintained, the lawn is ideal for playing. There is a small playground for children, and there are also sets for sitting and relaxing. Shared kitchen and barbecue are also available to guests.
Covered parking is provided for all guests.
To get to the Evristhenis House, when you enter Toroni, drive the street next to the beach and after you pass the Acapus Bar, turn right and drive another 240m and you will arrive in the Evristhenis accommodation.
It’s suitable for families with children or couples looking for a peaceful holiday, not far from the beach, taverns and bars, yet without noise.

Evristhenis Apartments and Studios comprise of a 2-story building with four apartments and a building with seven studios. From your balcony, you can enjoy in the view of our nicely arranged garden of over 1000m2. Besides flowers and trees, in the garden, you will also find a fountain and barbecue for enjoying pleasant evenings.

Type A Studio for 2-3 persons: Each studio is approx. 23sqm + 5,70sqm balcony and consists of a bedroom with a double and a single bed, integrated kitchenette, SAT TV, bathroom (shower with WC) and a balcony with garden view.
Type A1 Studio for 2-4 persons with separate kitchen: This studio has a bedroom with a double bed, a bunk bed for two persons, separate kitchen, air conditioning, satellite TV, shower with WC and balcony with garden view.
Type B Apartment for 4-5 persons: Each apartment is approx. 52sqm + 7,80sqm balcony and consists of two bedrooms (a double bed, two single beds), an appropriately equipped kitchen, SAT TV, big bathroom (shower with WC) and a balcony with garden view.
Cleaning, as well as bed linen and towel replacement, is performed after five days.
In close proximity (190m) you will find unfolding the long beautiful sandy beach reaching up to the archaeological site of Toroni. Walking distance to shops, taverns and restaurants (200m).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable.In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
