If you are looking for accommodation close to the promenade yet secluded in the tranquility of an olive grove, you cannot go wrong with Christianna.

She deserves all our recommendations, and I believe we will return here one day. The accommodation was outstanding! Natasa cleaned every day, made the beds, and replenished the toilet paper, while towels and bed linens were changed every three days. The accommodation is truly desirable! It is located in a peaceful area of Parga, and we heard no noise from the street; we enjoyed the tranquility. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need: cups, glasses, plates, pots, cutlery, cloths, detergent, a cutting board, and similar items. The only downside is the access to the accommodation, as a steep path leads to it, which can be a problem for inexperienced drivers or those with weaker cars. Nevertheless, I would choose Christianna studios again and return here. The accommodation is about a 12-15 minute walk from Piso Krioneri beach. It is also easy to reach the center of Parga, as everything is close (about a 20-minute walk). There are 2-3 hills leading to the accommodation, so it can sometimes be tiring to climb, but after a gyro at "Felippas", it's worth burning off those calories :) Highly recommended!

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Each studio has mosquito nets. There is private parking available. Although the accommodation is uphill, it did not bother us at all, and we are a couple in our middle years. If you seek serenity, this is the perfect place for you. We enjoyed ten days. Everything was perfect. We love tranquility, and we found it here. The property is situated away from the center and the hustle and bustle of the city, offering a beautiful and calming view of the olive groves.

We have just returned from the beautiful Parga, and this accommodation perfectly complemented our vacation. My wife and I traveled with our two children, aged 10 and 13, and we were all delighted with the accommodation, the spaciousness of the studio, the cleanliness, and the hospitality of the hosts. The accommodation is located just outside Parga, but it has its own parking, which is extremely important in Parga. Our daily evening walks to the town were not a burden, even though we are from Vojvodina and are accustomed to flatlands. It serves as an excellent base for exploring the beautiful nearby beaches. Highly recommended if you are coming by car.

Highly recommended for couples, as well as families traveling by car, since the promenade is about 1 km away from the apartments. For those who enjoy walking, this is not a problem, aside from two uphill stretches leading to the apartment. Additionally, there is parking available right in front of the apartments, which is hard to find in the city center.

We stayed at Christianna Studios in early July 2019, in a ground-floor apartment. I cannot speak for the other apartments, but ours was better than the pictures suggested: new and modern, spacious, with new furniture, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom featured a glass shower cabin, and hot water was available at any time of the day or night. A large terrace with a mosquito net offered morning shade and a view of the mountains, olive trees, and a lovely garden on the property (roses, lavender, and many other beautiful flowers). The hosts were kind, accommodating, and unobtrusive, ensuring that your stay was pleasant. The apartments were cleaned daily, and there was always a fresh scent in the air. Bed linens, towels, and even dishcloths were replaced every three days. Additionally, there was never a shortage of toilet paper and hand and dishwashing liquids. The Wi-Fi was excellent, without interruptions. Next to the villa, there is a parking area for guests, which is very important given the parking issues in Parga. The villa is set apart from noise, providing peace and quiet during the day and evening. For those who do not enjoy walking, the uphill path may pose a challenge, but it is not too daunting :-) It is about a ten-minute walk to Piso Krioneri beach, and from there, another five minutes to Krioneri beach in the center. We were truly satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend it.
