Our description
Kassandrinou Apartments is an accommodation located near the coast and promenade, in the most beautiful part of Nikiti. This building located near the beach offers well-maintained and comfortable apartments, decently equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay.
The complex is located in the heart of the resort - a few steps from all contents, taverns, cafes and supermarkets. The city beach is a little less than 100m away, and there is a very good restaurant on the coast.
The apartments can accommodate up to five people, there are a total of eight and are located on the first and second floor of the building.
All apartments have two separate bedrooms, one equipped with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
When it comes to the stay of the fifth person - in some of the apartments under one of the single beds there is a drawer bed, some apartments have a sofa, and in some it is possible to add an extra bed.
Each apartment has a kitchen, some with a large refrigerator with freezer and some with a standard refrigerator with small freezer compartment. Some apartments have a large stove with oven, while some have a built-in hob with two hot plates without oven. All bathrooms have a glass shower cabin. Two apartments on the first floor have a washing machine.
All accommodation units have WiFi internet, TV and air conditioning.
A baby cot is available on request, and pets are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels are changed in the middle of the stay, and guests take care of the hygiene of the accommodation units during their stay.
In front of the building there is an unfenced area with a landscaped lawn and paved paths.
Private parking lot is provided for guests in seven apartments.
After passing the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikiti, turn right off the main road near the church and drive until you reach the city beach. After that, turn right again and you will find the building in the first street on the right (near the Arsanas restaurant).

Kassandrinou Apartments is the accommodation in the center of Nikiti, 50m from the beach. There are eight apartments for five people, with two separate bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a large balcony. Washing machine is available in two apartments on the first floor. Private parking lot is provided for all guests.
New towels and sheets every three days.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, da li mozemo rezervisati dvosoban apartman (idealno sa veš mašinom, ali nije presudno), na 14 noćenja od 23.6. do 7.7.2024? Dolaze 3 odrasle osobe i dvoje dece (4 i 7 godina). Hvala puno!

Potrebna su nam dva apartmana za dve porodice . Jedna porodica ima 2 odraslih i 3 dece od 9,15,17 godina a druga porodica ima 2 odraslih i 2 dece od 11 i 14 godina .Jedini zahtev da sobe budu odvojene,u periodu od 05.07-20.07 za 10 nocenja.Hvala unapred
