Our description
Dina's House is located in the very center of Asprovalta, at 70m from the beach. It offers comfortable, very clean and neat units that can accommodate 2-5 persons. The owner is very kind and she will help you whenever you need it.
They offer 14 accommodation units.
Four three-bed apartments consist of two rooms, a bedroom and a living room. In the bedroom there are one double and one single bed, and in the other room there is a large kitchen with a dining table and chairs. Both rooms open onto a large terrace.
Two five-bed family apartments have a hall, a kitchen with a dining room and a bedroom. In the bedroom there is one double bed and one smaller single bed (for a child up to 8 years old), while in the hall there are two standard single beds.
Three five-bed duplex apartments have a hall, kitchen and two bedrooms. All three apartments have a double bed in one bedroom. Two apartments in the second bedroom have three single beds (one of them has another smaller single bed in the hall), and one apartment in the second bedroom has two single beds, and in the hall another single bed of smaller dimensions. These apartments have two terraces.
Five new double rooms without a kitchen are spacious and nicely decorated, with new furniture and a fridge.
All accommodation units have air conditioning (duplex apartments have two), TV, terrace and wireless internet. There is a hairdryer in several rooms. In the bathroom of all units there is a shower with a curtain, except in two five-bed apartments that have bathtubs.
Cleaning, as well as bed linen and towels replacement, is performed every five days. If guests want to maintain hygiene by themselves, each accommodation unit is equipped with tools for this purpose.
They do not have private parking, but, according to the owners, it's easy to find free and safe parking space nearby.
If you're looking for a decent, clean and tidy accommodation in the center of Asprovalta, with spacious rooms and suites, a step away from all the facilities and close to the beach, Dina's House can be an excellent choice.

Owners description
Dina's House is located in the center of Asprovalta, less than 50m from the sea. Pedestrian precinct and Alexander the Great Square (the beach square) is 10m away and 40m further there is a playground. It's a family hotel (3-key category) created with love, that offers relaxation and simplicity, the ideal conditions for holidays. The cleanliness and the hospitality is another important incentive. Dina's House comprises of nine spacious apartments and five comfortable rooms, all perfectly equipped, clean and tastefully decorated. The complex is 3-story corner building with three sides free (both roads and garden). It has a wide staircase and elevator.
All apartments have a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, terrestrial and satellite TV, WiFi internet, air conditioning and a balcony. The rooms have a bathroom, hairdryer, refrigerator, TV terrestrial and satellite, WiFi internet, air conditioning and comfortable balconies. The complex has a trim garden.
On the ground floor, there's a coffee shop-creperie Goofy's with shaded tables. Goofy's also has beach loungers and umbrellas on the nearby beach. Parking is free in the side street.
Our area attracts thousands of visitors every year. You can relax by walking on the green hills above the area and enjoy the sun on our white sandy beach which is 11km long. The small distance from the surrounding cities, the variety of shops and the nightlife, as there's a number of taverns, restaurants, clubs and beach bars, makes us an ideal holiday destination for the whole family.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
