We are extremely satisfied with the accommodation at Dina's House. Apartment number 8 is very spacious, featuring two separate rooms; one with a French bed and the other with one French bed and one regular bed. Between the rooms is a kitchen with a dining area that includes a small auxiliary bed. There is also a bathroom, small but quite sufficient. Both rooms have their own terrace with a table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a refrigerator that has a freezer, and the dishes are completely stocked; there is also a small toaster for sandwiches. The only thing missing is an oven, but I don't see why it would be necessary. Both rooms have an LCD TV. The apartment is very clean and tidy. All bedding and towels are changed halfway through the stay. Both rooms have air conditioning. The owner is extremely kind and always accommodating to anything you need. Within the apartment, there is also a pancake house run by the apartment owners, and the pancakes are excellent. We are truly very satisfied.

This is my second time staying at Dina Apartments. I stayed in an apartment with two separate bedrooms, along with my wife and small children. The location is excellent; as soon as you step outside, everything is right at your fingertips. However, it is a bit snug, so the outside noise isn’t overwhelming. Although, in the evenings, you can hear the commotion from the street. The kitchen is equipped with most of the necessary utensils and appliances. The bathroom is decent. They change the linens every 5 days, but when it comes to cleaning and collecting sand and dust, that’s left to you. The hosts are very friendly; previously, they had a beach bar where you could use sunbeds for free, but that was not available this year.

We used a double room without a kitchen. Everything matches the description of the accommodation. It is clean, and the owner is truly very kind. Although the rooms lack a kitchen, it would be beneficial to have the option to make coffee or tea (kettle, stove, or similar) in the room. The beach is nearby, but it is somewhat noisy, not as much as being right next to the beach. Parking can be found nearby.

The place Asprovalta is truly beautiful, featuring a diverse array of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The beach is wide and long, so I believe that even in the busiest season, it cannot be crowded. The Dinas apartments are quite good, impeccably clean, and spacious, with exceptionally kind hosts. They are located in an excellent area. We are absolutely satisfied!

The location of the property is in the center, yet it remains detached from the hustle and bustle (at night, music can be heard from nearby establishments. I believe this is also the case with other apartments in the vicinity). The apartment (No. 9) features one bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed. Upon entering the apartment, there is a hallway that accommodates two beds and connects to the kitchen and bathroom (it is not a room, but a wider corridor where two beds can fit). The only double bed is of standard dimensions (suitable for adult guests), while the other three beds are practically intended for children or shorter individuals. The bathroom is modest, as is the kitchen. The terrace is spacious and ample. The air conditioning was included in the price, and the internet connection is decent for a public establishment. The apartment provides its own towels and bed linens, which are changed every 4 to 5 days.

We stayed in a three-bedroom apartment for seven days at the beginning of August. We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation; everything was neat and clean. The beach is just 20 meters away, and shops and stores are nearby. The accommodation deserves a solid ten. Parking is very easy to find, and although the Wi-Fi was weak, we managed to connect to the café located within the building without any issues. I highly recommend this accommodation, and I would certainly book again if I return to Asprovalta. The accommodation is quite decent for a vacation... And of course, all praises for Nikana.

We stayed for the second time in a row. The accommodation is located in a very beautiful place. Hygiene is at a solid level. The water from the tap and shower is not technical. There is a possibility of early check-in. A small issue is with parking, but something can be found nearby. The internet is very poor. It is almost nonexistent. Even at night, the connection frequently drops.

The location is exceptional, with the beach and promenade situated just 100 meters from the house, along with bakeries and a market very close by. The comfort of the apartment is at a high level - clean, cozy, air-conditioned (air conditioning included in the price) with a spacious terrace. The safety of the apartment is also high, as even ground-floor apartments are protected from intrusions by uninvited guests. Therefore, I recommend leaving valuable items in the apartment where they will be secure, as there is no need to carry them to the beach. The Wi-Fi works perfectly, the only downside is the limited number of TV channels, but the television has a USB port, allowing for movie viewing in that manner. The noise from the nearby tavern did not bother us, as it was not loud music but rather the usual conversations of guests. The owner of the accommodation is exceptionally kind and helpful. If we were to return to Asprovalta, the choice of accommodation would not be in question.

Conversations can be heard until midnight, there is no music, but the crowd of people can be quite loud, which may be bothersome.

We booked a four-person apartment with three separate rooms (two bedrooms and one dining area with a kitchen) for €65 per night starting in July, but we received a three-person apartment with two separate rooms (one bedroom and one dining area with a kitchen) that normally costs €55 per night. The owner charged us €650 for ten nights, without any explanation as to why we received a smaller accommodation than what we had paid for. We were vacationing as a family, with three adults and a 1.5-year-old child. After a long journey from Belgrade, our priority was to settle in as quickly as possible, so we didn't have time to complain to the agency or anything like that. This was our third time in Asprovalta, our first time at Dina's House, and our last.
