Filoxenia Sea View Aparthotel is situated in Anthousa, 3km from Parga, in the centre of the village, opposite the church and the road towards old watermills and Valtos beach. Built amphitheatrically, all balconies have an amazing view of the Ionian sea, Lefkada, the old town, the Parga castle and Valtos beach.
Mini-market, bakery, cafes, bars and taverns are within 200m.
Filoxenia Sea View Aparthotel is a new building with 15 accommodation units, 11 double and triple studios, and four big apartments for 4-6 persons, with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a large balcony with a great view.

Bookings
Prices are per room per night. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
