Owners description
The Stone of Zeus Villa is situated on the northeastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, in the romantic village of Afitos, exuding a Mediterranean spirit that transports you to past times. The accommodation is perched on a hill offering an impressive view of the deep blue sea, around 100m from the sandy-pebble beach and 2km from the village center.
Within this accommodation facility, with a maximum capacity for 14 people, there is a villa and a separate studio built below ground level but due to the cascading construction of normal height levels, that are rented together. On the first level of the villa, which is structured as a three-level apartment due to the terrain slope, with one side of its first level in the basement and the other side on the ground floor, there is a living room with a double sofa, two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. On the second level, on the ground floor, there are a living room with sofas for one and two people, a kitchen and a toilet, while on the third level, on the first floor, there is a third bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The studio, spanning two levels, offers a living room with a sofa for one person and a double bed on the ground floor, while the basement has a kitchen and a bathroom without a separate door.
This accommodation provides a baby cot, a high chair and toys for children.
Guests staying at the property have at their disposal air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, two kitchens with a large refrigerator with a freezer, an oven with a large stove and two or four ceramic hobs, with only one kitchen containing a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Guests can enjoy a veranda and two balconies with breathtaking sea views, equipped with seating sets.
In the enclosed and paved courtyard with an unlimited view of the sea, guests can enjoy the pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, a garden swing, seating sets and a barbecue.
Small pets are allowed to stay at this accommodation with prior agreement with the owners and an additional fee.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation, as well as changing bed linen and towels. All reservations include a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay.
Private parking lot is available within the complex.
The Stone of Zeus Villa is located 73km from the international airport in Thessaloniki, while the neighboring Kalithea is 5km away.

Bookings
A damage deposit of 500€, which the owner keeps in case of compensation for possible damage, is required and should be paid in cash on check-in. It will be returned upon check-out, after the inspection of the general condition of the house.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
