Description
The Stone of Zeus Villa is located on the northeast coast of the Kassandra peninsula, in the romantic village of Afitos, exuding a Mediterranean spirit and transporting one back in time. The accommodation is situated on a hilltop offering an impressive view of the azure sea, approximately 180m from the sandy-pebble beach accessed by a downhill path.
At a distance of 1km from the accommodation, there is a Lidl, while the first bakeries and restaurants are located 1.8km away, in the center of Afitos.
This accommodation facility of 200m², with a maximum capacity for 14 people, consists of a villa and a separate studio built below ground level but due to cascading construction, it enjoys normal floor levels. The villa and studio are rented together. The villa spans three levels, with the first level due to the slope of the terrain being partly in the basement on one side, and partly on the ground floor on the other side, housing a living room with a sofa for two, two bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom. On the second level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with two sofas, a kitchen, and a toilet, while on the third level, on the first floor, there is a third bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The two-level studio offers a living room with a sofa for two and a double bed on the ground floor, while in the basement, there is a kitchen and a bathroom that are not separated by doors. Guests have access to a veranda and two balconies boasting incredible sea views.
Within this accommodation facility, guests have at their disposal air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, two kitchens with a large fridge with a freezer and an oven with either two or four ceramic hobs, with only one kitchen containing a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A baby cot, a high chair, and children's toys are available in this accommodation. Small pets are allowed with prior arrangement with the owners and for an additional fee.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation, as well as for changing bed linen and towels. All reservations are subject to a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay.
In the enclosed and paved courtyard with an impressive sea view, guests can use the swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, a garden swing, seating sets, and a barbecue.
Private parking is available within the complex.
After passing through Nea Fokea and heading towards Afitos on the main road, 1km after the Cora Hotel & Spa, you will see on your left a gate with the inscription Zeus - this is the entrance to the complex. Drive through the complex to the very end, The Stone of Zeus Villa is in the last row facing the sea, the fourth villa from the left to the right.

Bookings
A damage deposit of 500€, which the owner keeps in case of compensation for possible damage, is required and should be paid in cash on check-in. It will be returned upon check-out, after the inspection of the general condition of the house.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
