Available are studios and apartments situated on the first and second floor.
Studios can accommodate up to three adults. They consist of a bathroom and a kitchenette with a double bed and a single bed.
Apartments can accommodate up to three or four adults. They consist of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed or a double bed and a single bed, while the living room features a sofa bed for two.
Upon request, and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, a hairdryer, and a kitchenette for preparing light meals equipped with two hotplates, a small oven, and a large refrigerator with a freezer.
From the balcony, furnished with seating area, guests can enjoy the surrounding view.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation, with prior arrangement and no additional fees.
Guests are responsible for cleaning, with bed linen changed halfway through their stay. Towels are changed every three days, and a fresh set can be obtained at the reception of Aktis Sea View Studios. Optional cleaning service is available for an additional fee.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
- Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
- The minimum stay period for the month of June is three nights, for July and August it is five nights, and for September it is two nights.
