Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Eli's House is located in the picturesque seaside town of Afytos, at the beginning of the Kassandra Peninsula, in Halkidiki. Located in a quiet area, it offers you a peaceful vacation and a pleasant atmosphere. The nearest beach is 900 meters away.
The apartment is located on the second floor and can accommodate a maximum of four adults. It has a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed, while in the second bedroom and in the living room there is a sofa for one person.
On request, and within the price, a baby cot is also available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, a hair dryer, a washing machine, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with four rings and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
The apartment has two balconies, one from the bedroom, which is equipped with seating, and the other smaller balcony, which is from one of the bedrooms.
Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
During the stay, guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleaning the accommodation. They have at their disposal a replacement set of bed linen and towels, which they change themselves as needed.
