Accommodation description
Anemos Apartments is situated in the tranquil place of Skala Fourka, approximately 100 meters away from the beach. The accommodation is modernly decorated and intended for guests seeking a peaceful vacation near the sea, while all amenities in the town are just a few minutes’ walk away.
The town center is located about 50 meters from the accommodation.
The offering includes studios and apartments on the first floor, designed for up to four adults. The studio features one double bed and a sofa for two persons. The apartment with one separate bedroom also has one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa for two in the living room with a kitchen.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with WiFi, TV, hairdryer, kitchen with a stove with one burner, microwave, fridge with a freezer compartment, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. Upon request, at no extra charge, a baby cot is available.
In front of all units, there is a large shared balcony with seating in front of each apartment.
Guests are responsible for maintenance on their own, while additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. Changing of bed linen and towels is also possible with prior arrangement and additional payment. Guests also have access to a laundry service, free of charge.
Pets are allowed with prior arrangement with the owner and for an additional fee, as well as a mandatory security deposit that is refunded upon departure if there are no damages.
Private parking is not provided, but parking spaces can usually be found in front of the property or in the surrounding streets.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

- Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
