- Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
- Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
- Environmental tax is not included in the price and is 8€ per night.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Anemos Apartments is located in the quiet seaside village of Skala Fourka, just about 100 meters from the beach, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing summer holiday. The village exudes traditional Mediterranean charm, with a slower pace of life, ideal for guests seeking peace, tranquility, and an escape from crowds. The property’s location allows easy access to the sea, while still offering the pleasant, unobtrusive atmosphere of a small resort. The accommodation is modern and tastefully furnished, designed with special attention to functionality and comfort to ensure a pleasant and carefree stay. The interior is contemporary and well maintained, suitable for both short and longer stays. The beach in Skala Fourka is beautiful and sandy, with crystal-clear water and a gentle entrance into the sea, where the seabed is mostly sandy. A special highlight is the stunning blue-green color of the sea, created by the combination of clear waters and the pine trees surrounding the coastline.
The property offers accommodation units located on the first floor, suitable for a maximum of four adults. With the exception of one studio, which consists of a sleeping area with a kitchenette and a bathroom, the remaining units are apartments featuring a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. All accommodation units are equipped with one double bed and a sofa bed for two persons.
A baby cot is available upon request and included in the price.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a single-ring hot plate, microwave oven, standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee machine, and toaster.
In front of the entrance to all accommodation buildings, there is a spacious shared balcony, furnished with seating sets in front of each unit. This pleasant outdoor area is ideal for relaxation and enjoying the peaceful surroundings, whether over a morning coffee or an evening rest, with a lovely view of the surroundings and the mountainous landscape that further enhances the feeling of calm and relaxation.
Pets are allowed in the apartments only with prior agreement with the owner and at an additional charge. Guests traveling with pets are required to pay a security deposit upon check-in, intended to cover any potential damages. If no damage occurs during the stay, the deposit is fully refunded upon departure.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the apartment, which provides greater flexibility and allows them to adapt their stay to their own habits and holiday rhythm. Upon request, full apartment cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost. Bed linen and towel changes are not included in the basic price but can be provided upon prior agreement with the owner and for an extra fee.
There is no private parking available, but free parking can easily be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.
