Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 15 days prior arrival. If cancelled 45 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, 10% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, 20% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, 40% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 10 or more days prior to arrival, 80% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled 6 or more days prior to arrival, 90% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description

We offer double, triple, and quadruple studios, as well as triple, quadruple, and quintuple apartments located on either the ground floor or the first floor. The double studio is located on the first floor, features a double bed, and can accommodate up to two adults.
Triple studios are designed for three adults or two adults and one child up to eight years old. The studio for two adults and a child is on the first floor and features a double bed and a fold-out armchair. The studio for three adults is on the ground floor and has a double bed and a single bed. Quadruple studios are located on the ground or first floor and can host up to four adults, featuring two double beds.
All apartments are situated on the first floor and consist of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The triple apartment is intended for two adults and a child up to eight years old (double bed and fold-out armchair). The quadruple apartment accommodates up to four adults and includes a double bed and a sofa for two.
One quintuple apartment is designed for up to five adults and contains a double bed, a sofa for two, and a single bed, while the other is suited for four adults and one child up to eight years old (double bed, sofa for two, and an extra bed). A baby cot is available upon request at no extra charge.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, where the use of air conditioning is subject to an additional fee, guests have access to free Wi-Fi, TV, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with two ceramic hobs, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a toaster. Apartments are also equipped with a coffee machine.
Depending on the floor, guests have access to a balcony or a spacious veranda equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture. These spaces represent an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
