One of the most popular accommodations for NikitiKarali Studios is an accommodation on the promenade, in the first row to the sea in Nikiti. It's surrounded by the enclosed spacious courtyard with lots of greenery, seating furniture with canopies and natural shade. They offer air-conditioned apartments for 3-4 people, with urban design, wireless internet and some with a beautiful sea view. The accommodation also offers sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, at no extra cost.
Bakery and grocery store are at 130m and the supermarket Happy is 500m away. The city beach is just across the street.
It consists of the central building and a smaller building just behind. In total there are 20 accommodation units, eight quadruple standard apartments, three triple superior accommodation units and one quadruple apartment in the first building, as well as eight quadruple apartments in the second building.
There are four quadruple standard apartments on the first and four on the second floor. All are fully renovated and they have a spacious private terrace. They have a bedroom with one double bed and the living room with a kitchen, high wooden bunk beds, oven, stove and a fridge. All standard apartments are facing the courtyard and they have a side sea view. A maximum of two adults and two children can be accommodated in a standard apartment, but the second child must not be older than 10 years.
Superior accommodation units have a direct sea view. There are three of them, one is on the ground floor, one on the first and one on the second floor. The unit on the ground floor is studio, it has one double and one single bed in the same room (there is no separate bedroom), and the toilet and shower are in two rooms. Superior units on the upper floors are apartments, and they have a separate bedroom with one double bed. There's a small folding sofa for one child in the kitchen. The maximum capacity of superior accommodation units is two adults and one or two children (if both are very small). The veranda is not enclosed and studio in the ground floor has direct access to the courtyard, while apartments on the upper floors have standard balcony.
There are eight quadruple apartments in the second building. Three apartments have the living room with two single beds and the bedroom with one double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge with freezer, coffee maker and a toaster, and the bathroom has a shower cabin. Other apartments have the bedroom with one double or two connected single beds, and the living room with a folding sofa. The quadruple apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4+1 persons (including a baby cot).
All accommodation units have mosquito nets, air conditioning, TV and a private terrace or veranda. A baby cot or an extra bed can be added to every apartment. Bed linen and towels are replaced after three nights, and the rooms are cleaned every day. The washing machine is available with an additional charge. The internet is strong because there are three routers.
The accommodation is surrounded by an enclosed, well-groomed and nice garden with lots of greenery, sunbeds and canopies, looking like the oasis of peace. On private parking there are only six places, so the others can park along the road. Guests can use sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach free of charge.
After passing the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikiti, carry on ahead until you see the church on the right. After the church, turn into the street on the right and drive ahead till the street by the beach, turn right and 15m later you will see Karali Studios.

If you are looking for a quiet and green place right by the sea for your holidays this year our rooms are ready to welcome you. Our rooms are right in front of the beach in the area called Nikiti.
There is a beautiful garden for relaxing time or having a barbecue as there is a barbecue you can use. The most beautiful beaches in Halkidiki are located in this area with crystal clear waters. Prices are affordable and the feeling of the place is perfect for fun family vacations.

Our main concerns are the cleanliness of the rooms and the beauty of the exterior in order for you to enjoy your vacation.
We offer a kitchen, refrigerator, A/C (with cooling-heating), balcony, parking, WiFi internet, towels and linen, umbrella and chairs for the beach, hot water (immersion heater), smart TV (in the standard studio), barbecue, children activities are free of charge.
We change linen and towels every fourth day and when necessary and take care of the apartment on a daily basis.
The superior studio (40m2) has one bedroom, a kitchen with full equipment and a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower cabin.
The standard studio (30m2) has one bedroom, a small kitchen living room with sofa and a bathroom with a shower. In the bedroom, there is a double bed. For your baby, we can offer a baby cot.
There are bakeries, restaurants, mini markets all around. Our accommodation is situated on the coastal road of the village and you can walk to find restaurants, supermarkets, and other shops, by the sea.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, da li imate slobodan smeštaj za 2 odrasle osobe, jedno dete od 2 godine i bebu od 8 meseci? Fleksibilni smo sa datumom, ostali bi 10 do 15 dana, jul ili avgust mesec, samo da je od 9. u mesecu. Neophodni su nam kuhinjica i parking, i zgodan prilaz zbog decjih kolica. Hvala na odgovoru.
