A thousand stars for this accommodation! We stayed with our 2.5-year-old child and can genuinely say that we truly relaxed, largely thanks to the accommodation. A street separates the accommodation from the beach, which means a lot for people with small children, as you can easily hop back to the accommodation whenever needed. The apartment is cleaned every day, it is very clean, and the apartments are modern and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. The yard is spacious and fenced, ensuring the children’s safety (of course, they still need supervision). The grill is also well-equipped, and the owners are very friendly and helpful, always there to assist with whatever you need. The accommodation is worth every penny, even when you think it might be a bit too much. We will definitely return!

The beach in front of the accommodation is filled with stones and sea urchins, yet just a few meters to the right, there is a decent entrance. The accommodation is clean and the staff is friendly, but the bunk bed is very close to the ceiling, making it impossible to sit on it; access is gained by climbing into a lying position via a ladder.

The accommodation is spacious and beautifully furnished, unlike most Greek lodgings that feature furniture from the 1970s. We stayed in an apartment on the second floor: a kitchen with bunk beds (perfect for resting while the child naps in the bedroom) + a bedroom with two wardrobes + a spacious terrace overlooking the sea. They clean the floors EVERY day and make the beds. The linens and towels are changed every three days. They provided us with an Ikea high chair for the baby, which was very helpful. We always found parking near the accommodation. The yard was worth every penny! There are plenty of corners where you can relax while the child plays on the grass or in the play area, which is equipped like the most modern parks. The location of the accommodation is ideal - at the beginning of the promenade, with all the tavernas and the beach nearby. Karali offers free sunbeds right in front of the accommodation on the beach, but there is some water runoff that smells quite bad. Nonetheless, there is space both left and right where you can lay down a towel or pay for sunbeds along with drinks. The beach is sandy and beautiful, though the entrance to the sea is a bit rocky, but manageable. The water is very clean. Nikiti is a paradise for children, and we will gladly return! ♥

The apartments are excellently equipped, offering everything you need in the kitchen, and even more. The apartments are cleaned daily, and towels were changed three times during our seven-day stay. The beach in front of the accommodation is not suitable for use, but just a short walk to the left or right leads you to cafes and open spaces for umbrellas and towels, so it is not a problem that the front area cannot be used. On the corner, there is a bakery and a fruit shop, with large supermarkets nearby. Magdalena, the owner, is extremely kind. She speaks excellent English and is available all day long. Truly, all praises for this accommodation.

Karali Studios is the finest apartment accommodation we have ever experienced. It features a beautiful, well-kept courtyard, natural shade, and complimentary use of beach loungers. Magdalena is a wonderful woman, always there to assist. The kitchen is well-equipped. We received a crib and a high chair for the baby. The apartment is cleaned daily.

The accommodation is excellent, but it has one drawback: the upper bunk bed is too high, making the air warm and stuffy, and even the air conditioning does not help. As it is currently arranged, this bed is quite unusable.

The accommodation deserves every praise! It is located right on the promenade, just next to the beach. The rooms are fully equipped and cleaned daily! All rooms overlook the sea, some directly and others at an angle. The entire staff is exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, and I would especially like to commend Magdalena and Ana, who were constantly at our disposal! We also had our own parking space! The accommodation features a private beach with umbrellas, where we could always find available spots; however, the only drawback is that the entrance to the water is rocky. That is the only downside! Everything else is perfect!

The location is excellent, but right in front of the accommodation where the sunbeds included in the apartment price are located, there is a lot of stones, making it impossible to swim. One must go to another part of the beach. Everything else was wonderful.

I stayed at this accommodation with my wife and our two children, aged 2 and 4. The apartment is excellent, well-equipped, spacious, and exceptionally clean. The yard is huge and suitable for small children, as it features swings and slides. The landlady is very kind and a hardworking woman. The location is superb. We did not use the loungers and umbrellas that the apartment offers for free, as the beach in that area is poor (with stones and sea urchins). We swam about 50 meters away from the apartment.

The accommodation is outstanding, while the courtyard is exceptional – a true paradise for children, vast, beautiful, and perfect for enjoyment! The owners make a concerted effort to ensure that guests feel wonderful here. The hygiene is top-notch, with cleaning and changing of anything dirty taking place literally every day. From the courtyard, you can step right onto the beach – there is a private area with sun loungers for the accommodation's guests. Everything is simply perfect!

A lovely courtyard that remains shaded throughout the day, exceptionally courteous owners, and a perfect location. This was our second visit (the first time with two adults and two children, and the second time with three) and it was quite comfortable even for larger families. Although we usually avoid revisiting the same places, we would gladly return to this accommodation once more.

This summer, I vacationed with my family at the Karali apartments (my husband, our 13-year-old daughter, our 9-month-old baby, and myself). I am extremely satisfied with the accommodation and the kindness of the hosts. The cleanliness is maintained daily, and the bed linens are changed every three days. They were very accommodating to our needs, and even Mrs. Magdalena Karali arranged fishing for my husband with local fishermen. That day, we enjoyed freshly caught fish for lunch, and we utilized the grill in the yard. The yard itself is beautiful, filled with seating arrangements, swings, a play area for children and babies, and showers... The proximity to the beach is a definite advantage; we used their loungers and umbrellas at no extra charge. The only downside was that the beach is quite small, and cars pass right above the loungers during the day. The rooms are comfortable, clean, everything is new and renovated, and the bathroom is exceptionally nice, with always available hot water. We had a crib for the baby, which we specifically requested, and it was provided without issue. We had a mosquito net, although there were hardly any mosquitoes... just a few in ten days. I truly recommend the Karali apartments to anyone interested in vacationing in Nikiti. The only, and I mean the only, complaint regarding the accommodation is that our apartment was positioned sideways to the sea (the sea is visible from the terrace), but below the terrace is a road where cars, motorcycles, and trucks pass, which can be quite loud at night and disrupt a peaceful sleep.

The beach, although small and too close to the road (which separates the accommodation from the beach), offers free sun loungers and umbrellas for guests. Everything is fine, the only downside is the noise that can be heard in the evening from the promenade, street musicians, music from nearby cafes...
