Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Description
Anastasia Mare Luxury Rooms is one of the few luxurious accommodations in Stavros. It is ideal for couples and guests seeking a peaceful vacation in excellent accommodation, close to the beach, which is approximately 150m away.
Located in the new part of Stavros (western coast), about 900m from the center. The nearest shop is 300m away, while the bakery is 700m from the accommodation.
The studios cater to 2-4 persons and are situated in the semi-basement, high ground floor, first and second floor.
In the semi-basement, you can find the Lavender Whisper unit (2 Bed Studio, Semi-Based, Sea View) and the Minimal White unit (4 Bed Studio, Semi-Based, Sea View).
On the high ground floor, there are the Green Duet unit (2 Bed Studio, Mountain View), Grey Simplicity, and Pleasant Dream (2 Bed Studio, Sea View).
The first floor houses the Red Bouquet unit (4 Bed Studio, Mountain View), Blue Dream unit (4 Bed Studio, Two-level, Sea View), and Blue Touch unit (3 Bed Studio, Two-level, Sea View). The Blue Dream / Touch studios are on two levels, with a gallery.
The top floor features the Cool Elegance unit (3 Bed Studio, Loft, Mountain View). The studio includes a double bed in the area where the kitchen is located, and a single bed in a separate area (without a door). The bathroom is situated between these two areas.
The studios are new, modernly equipped, air-conditioned, with internet access, TV, hairdryer, and mosquito nets.
The kitchens are fully equipped, featuring a hob with two burners and a small fridge. The bathrooms have shower cabins.
The property overlooks a part of the beach that offers plenty of space for visitors with their equipment, as the beach is long and wide, with a beach bar (Kazani Kozi) completely shaded by trees (here you can enjoy a drink or order a quick meal, and there are several umbrellas with chairs available on the beach in front of it).
The accommodation does not have private parking, so guests park in the immediate vicinity.
