The minimum period of stay is 6 nights.
For bookings of fewer than 6 nights, an additional fee may apply.
for a 5-night stay, an additional fee of 50€ will be added to the total price of the stay,
for a 4-night stay, an additional fee of 50€ will be added to the total price of the stay,
for a 3-night stay, an additional fee of 50€ will be added to the total price of the stay.
The environmental tax is not included in the price and amounts to 10€ per night.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Alkioni First Line Villa is an accommodation in Hanioti, on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula, 50m from the sea.
The town centre and the first shops are about 500m away.
The house has three levels and can accommodate up to nine people. There are four bedrooms and a bathroom on the first level, which is partially in the basement. On the first floor there is a living room with a sofa, a kitchen and a toilet. On the second floor there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. All bedrooms have double beds.
A cot is available on request and this service is not charged separately.
The accommodation is air-conditioned (there are air conditioners in all bedrooms and the living room), has a TV, internet, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a four-burner stove and a large oven, a microwave and a large fridge. The bathrooms have a shower.
A barbecue can be obtained upon prior request.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests are responsible for the hygiene of their accommodation during their stay, and replacement of towels and bed linen is not provided.
Parking is available in the surrounding streets.
Alkioni First Line Villa is located 92km from Thessaloniki International Airport, while neighboring Pefkohori is 4km away, and Polichrono is 5km away.
