Accommodation description
Anita Hotel is located in Perama, on the island of Corfu, nestled among palm trees and cypresses, 900m from the beach. The facility has a swimming pool and a restaurant and is an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday with family and friends.
This accommodation complex consists of 20 comfortable rooms, and accommodation is on a bed and breakfast or half board basis. As part of this accommodation, there are accommodation units on the ground floor and on the first floor that can host from two to five people. The rooms have a double bed or two joined single beds, in combination with a single bed and/or a sofa for one person.
The air-conditioned units have TV, WiFi internet, safe, hair dryer, mosquito nets and small fridge. A cot is also available on request. The bathrooms have a shower cabin.
Verandas and balconies are equipped with seating and offer a view of the yard or pool. There is also a beautifully landscaped yard with a swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas.
Reception, room service, bar and restaurant are at guests’ disposal. The hotel’s offer includes breakfast on a self-service basis, and for an additional fee, dinner is also available, which consists of four standard dishes - appetizer, soup, main course and dessert. Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 09:30, while dinner is served from 19:30 to 21:30.
Pets are not allowed. A parking space is provided for accommodation guests.
Cleaning is done every day, towels are changed three times a week, and bed linen is changed twice a week.
Anita Hotel is 10km from the capital of the island, 9.3km from the port, and 7.4km from the airport.

An exceptional hotel with everything you need. Special praise for the poolside bar, which—along with drinks—also serves food of outstanding taste at very reasonable prices!

When I look at the previous reviews for this hotel, I wonder if we stayed at the same one. Far from being bad, but it certainly does not match its category; I would say it is overpriced for what we got. I would not return to this hotel. Here is the explanation. Location - debatable, because this place has no beach of its own and no promenade at all. The nearest beach is next to the airport and is wild. For everything you need to use the car or go to Corfu town or the nearby place. It is ideal for people who are just passing through because the airport is nearby. And it seems to me that the hotel is mostly visited by such guests. Room - spacious and clean. But... there is no hook anywhere in the room or bathroom to hang things. There is one chair and a wardrobe. In the bathroom, you have to leave toiletries on the floor. Dispensers do not exist. Every day you get one small tube of shampoo; we got soap when we asked for it. There were two more families with one child each with us, the beds were extra beds, the structure seemed stable. The children did not complain about comfort, but we certainly did not know before arrival that they were extra beds. The ground-floor room should be avoided (as if the drain was not working well, which affected the smell) Terrace - spacious on the upper floor, two chairs (even though there were three of us) and a tiny clothes hanger without a single clothespin. Breakfast - poor, the same for all 10 days. The extra charge for half board is not 14e as on the website, but 23e

- Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 20% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

- During the period from April 1st to October 31st, it is mandatory for guests to pay a tax of 2€ per day of stay upon arrival at the accommodation, while during the period from October 1st to March 31st, the tax amount is 0.50€ per day of stay.
