Bookings
A minimum stay of 6 nights is required.
For bookings of fewer than 6 nights, an additional fee may apply.
- for a 5-night stay, an additional fee of 50€ will be added to the total price of the stay,
- for a 4-night stay, an additional fee of 100€ will be added to the total price of the stay,
- for a 3-night stay, an additional fee of 150€ will be added to the total price of the stay.
The environmental tax is not included in the price and amounts to 15€ per night.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 35% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Myrsini House is located in Hanioti and can host up to 6 people. The house has an area of 110 m².
On the ground floor there is a living room with two sofas and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, and on the first floor there are: a bedroom with a French bed, a second bedroom with a French bed, a third bedroom with one single bed, a hallway with air conditioning and bathroom.
A crib is available upon request at no additional charge.
The accommodation is air-conditioned, has WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove with four burners and a large oven, a microwave oven, and a large refrigerator with a freezer. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain.
The veranda is furnished with a seating set, and within the yard, there is a children's corner with small chairs. Guests also have access to a barbecue.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay, and towel and linen replacement is not provided.
One parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation.
The accommodation is located 500 m from the beach, 1500 m from the center of the settlement and supermarket, 800 m from taverns/restaurants, and 90 km from the airport.
The beach in Hanioti is sandy, and nearby there are taverns and beach bars. Some of them offer a free sunshade and sun loungers on the beach with a drink order.
