Description
Filipos Apartment is located in a peaceful area surrounded by hotel and villa complexes, near the center of Kallithea and the promenade and 50m away from the old main road to Polychrono, Hanioti and Pefkohori. The nearest beach is 500m away from the accommodation.
The apartment is situated on the first floor and can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Upon entering the apartment, you step into the living room which features a sofa and an armchair, along with a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs. The living room opens up to a large balcony facing the sea. Behind the kitchen, on the left side, there is one bedroom with two joined single beds, a wardrobe and a desk with a mirror, while on the right side there is another bedroom with two joined single beds, a wardrobe and access to the balcony.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a TV, a hairdryer and a kitchen equipped with a stove with four burners, a large oven and a big fridge with a freezer. The bathroom features a shower with a curtain.
On warm summer days, with a panoramic sea view, guests can spend their time on the balcony furnished with seating set. The living room and one of the bedrooms have access to the large balcony.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning during the stay is done by the guests. For reservations of seven nights or more, an additional set of towels and bed linen is provided, and guests are responsible for changing them themselves.
There is no private parking, but free parking can easily be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
