The accommodation is quite good. Firstly, the incredibly kind Evgenia (the owner) is always at your service. The apartments are located in a peaceful area of Nea Skionia, all overlooking the sea. All praises!

Everything is excellent. The hosts are friendly and always at your service. The apartment is much more beautiful, as is the yard, than depicted in the pictures. There were toys for sand, balls, and slides available for the children... which meant a lot to us. While it is not a flaw, I believe that in the apartment we stayed in, there could have been a bit more cookware. For instance, one small pot was insufficient for the five of us, as was the small frying pan, but we managed well. The bedding and towels were regularly changed... everything was top-notch.

The accommodation is more than excellent in terms of space, cleanliness, and functionality. There were two adults and three children, but this unit could comfortably accommodate one more person without losing any comfort. The exit from the accommodation to the private beach allows us to refresh ourselves in the morning, while in the afternoon we can head to the well-maintained city beach located 300-400m away. The tidy garden with chairs, sun loungers, and cane-covered umbrellas offers older guests the opportunity for a pleasant stay without needing to go anywhere. The grill is functional. They even provided clips for the dryer. The owners are very kind. The air conditioning works, but we in the ground floor did not even use it. In a word, TOP.

We stayed in Bellos in the second half of August. We have nothing but praise for the accommodation, especially for the owners. Some of the photos in the listing could be updated, but only because the reality is even better now. For instance, the neighboring properties on the right have been completely renovated, and the view over them is much more beautiful, with greenery separating the yard from them. Most importantly, there are eight fixed umbrellas set up in the yard on the lawn and the terrace by the sea, providing shade at any time of the day. Regarding the owners, particularly the owner lady, they are exceptionally accommodating, friendly, and always smiling... We experienced two situations with them that we had not encountered in Greece before, and we are very grateful for that. We travel at night and always arrive early, and they welcomed us into the accommodation hours earlier than what was stated on the voucher. On our last day, they offered us an additional day for free, so we stayed. A big thank you once again to the wonderful Evgenia.

A lovely accommodation, but the description needs certain revisions. The yard and lawn are merely for viewing; as soon as someone steps in, especially children, the owners immediately complain. Furthermore, children are not welcome, as their laughter and play disturb the atmosphere, so the apartment description should clearly state that children are not allowed. Regardless of the clean, spacious, and tidy apartment, I will not set foot there again, nor will I recommend it to anyone, especially families with children. Additionally, there are insufficient sunbeds, where the system is "first come, first served." You literally have to argue with other guests over them. The facilities lack many essentials, there is not enough kitchenware, the stove is terrible, and the refrigerators are too small. The internet is a mild disaster; I have been vacationing in Greece for years and have never encountered such poor internet. You can barely load a message on Viber. I expect Nikana to have a serious discussion with the property owners about changing the description related to the use of the yard and lawn, as well as the information regarding children and families, and to emphasize that there are not enough sunbeds and chairs, so that people are made aware that the internet is inadequate, as what exists is not proper internet. Overall, Nikana representatives need to have a serious conversation with the property owners.

The images (here and on Google Maps) as well as previous reviews accurately represent this place. Since we had already been to Kassandria, we decided to forgo visiting other beaches and spent 8 out of 10 days here. The accommodation is literally right on the shore, the yard is beautifully arranged with umbrellas and sun loungers, and the tranquility and kindness of the hosts outweigh any shortcomings mentioned by previous visitors. If you are not dynamic, this is the perfect place for you. You can literally spend the entire day on the beach or in the yard, and it takes just a moment to dash back to the apartment for a refreshment. All in all, a solid five from us.

An oasis on the shore of the Greek sea, where one enjoys the beautiful ambiance of the Bellos apartments. It is not new, to be clear, but it has everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The accommodation is right on the seashore. The access to the sea is exactly as depicted in the picture. This part of the shore is rocky, so the descent into the sea is improvised. Essentially, I agree with one comment that it is not ideal for very small children, but I was there with two kids, and we had no problems at all. There is no sandy beach at this location (it was destroyed in a storm, along with the stone steps), but when you descend into the sea via the short wooden steps, it feels like a small pool with a sandy bottom, and the kids enjoyed it. They also enjoyed interacting with the dog and cats. As for adults, I think it is excellent. The sea is within reach, and you can swim whenever you wish. In the lovely grassy yard, you have loungers, chairs, tables, a shower, and shade. There are small sandy beaches to the left of the apartment, which can be reached by walking or swimming, or down the street about 150m. To the right of the apartment, about 100m away, there is a longer beach, but it is not sandy; instead, it has larger pebbles, and the bottom is made of larger stones, so it is not as enjoyable as at Bellos. The accommodation itself is not of recent date, but it has everything you need. This larger apartment is quite okay. The fridge is large (larger than in the picture), there is a stove, a kitchen, two large beds for two plus one bed for one person. One room is completely separate, and there is enough furniture for your belongings. The bathroom is indeed small, but it's not terrible. Overall, the furniture and appearance of this larger apartment for accommodating a larger family look better than in the picture. In front, there is a terrace with a table, and the apartment is in the shade. Towels and bed linen are changed and there are enough of them. Regarding Wi-Fi, as everywhere, there is an excellent signal in front of the apartment, a bit weaker inside, but it works. The nearest store is not close, but it's not too far either. Nea Skioni has two grocery stores, but the prices are similar to those in larger markets. There are restaurants, and the food there is excellent. The promenade is nice and well-maintained. There is a small park for children on the city beach. Those coming by car have an additional advantage because Nea Skioni is situated between perhaps the two most beautiful beaches in Kassandra, Posidi below Skala Furka and Pefkohori Golden beach, and just over the hill is Hanioti for those who enjoy nightlife. Additionally, right next to the main road towards Mola Kalivi, and closer to Skioni, there are several interesting and beautiful beaches. A larger parking area for cars is about 20m away, and parking is also available on the street. There were also avid fishermen casting from the terrace of Bellos, who say that until this year, they were catching fish, but now it’s not as good. Those were the facts, and now something else. That is, tourists return to Bellos. Most of those who were there at the same time as us are back for the second or third time, and there are families who have been vacationing there for years. That speaks volumes. We truly had a great time. It seems logical to me that the apartment owners are kind, so while reading the comments before our vacation, I considered this unnecessary to mention, but this is something that surpasses mere politeness - you are guests of good Greek hosts.

Everything was satisfactory: the location, cleanliness, and the stunning view of the sea (upper floor), along with a very accommodating hostess. The apartment is simply furnished, with somewhat worn furniture (refrigerator, stove), and the bathroom is quite small, with showering taking place on the floor next to the toilet. There are no bathroom amenities such as soap, shampoo, or even a cup for toothbrushes. The terrace by the sea in the garden is very nice, equipped with sun loungers, tables, and chairs. Access to the sea is provided by stairs, the water is clean and pleasant for swimming, and to the right, there's a large sandy area. There is an outdoor shower in the garden, and the atmosphere is relaxed. With a little investment, it could leave a much better impression. It is not suitable for small children. Overall, a nice experience, but it does not deserve the rating it has on booking.com.

The accommodation is a bit farther from the center and shops. The view from the terrace is beautiful, but the beach has been devastated by the storm, leaving no trace of white sand. The Wi-Fi signal is weak on the second floor, making it difficult to connect. The hosts are truly pleasant young people, and I recommend Bellios apartments for those who appreciate tranquility!
