Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Studio Kristian is located on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, in the town of Kalithea. The accommodation is about 450m from the beach.
The nearest supermarket is approximately 200m away, while the first restaurants are just 100m from the accommodation.
The studio has one bedroom that is not physically separated by a door and is designed to accommodate up to four people. The bedroom features two single beds, while there is a sofa for two in the kitchen area.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation during their stay, and linen and towel changes are not provided. A cleaning fee of €65 per reservation (2024 season price) is mandatory for cleaning the accommodation after guests check out.
There is public parking 120m from the accommodation, and guests can also park on the street in front of and/or near the apartment. Studio Kristian is 95km from the airport.
