Owners description
Tatiana House is located 200m away from the beach in the village of Kalyves, south of Poligiros, at the beginning of Sithonia. Due to its favorable strategic location between the first and second prong of Halkidiki, this coastal settlement serves as an excellent starting point for exploring both peninsulas.
This accommodation unit is a two-level house structure that includes three independent apartments, but it is rented out in its entirety and is intended for accommodation of 17 people. On the ground floor, there are two smaller apartments of 50m² each, each consisting of a living room with a kitchen and two sofas, a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa, as well as a bathroom. On the first floor, there is a third apartment of 100m² that includes a living room with a kitchen and sofas, three bedrooms - two with double beds and one with a sofa for two people, as well as two bathrooms, one of which includes a washing machine.
Within this house, guests have at their disposal air conditioning, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, as well as three kitchens equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment or a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with a large oven and four burners, a kettle, a coffee maker, while only the apartment on the first floor is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. An iron and ironing board are available upon request.
Guests can spend warm summer days on the veranda or balcony, equipped with seating sets and offering views of the pool, as well as the sea in the distance.
Within the large yard with neat lawns and paved paths, guests have access to a private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a gazebo with a barbecue and outdoor dining area.
Pets are allowed to stay with prior arrangement with the owners and for an additional fee.
Cleaning of the accommodation during the stay, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, takes place every third day.
Guests can park their vehicles in the yard.
Thessaloniki International Airport is 62km away, while Gerakini is 5km away and Nea Moudania is 12km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
