Our description

**Efi's Cozy House is a beach house in Nea Triglia (next to Nea Plagia). It is suitable for accommodating up to 6 people. It is located in a quiet part of town and has a landscaped and fenced yard, so it is the right choice for those who want privacy right on the coast. **

The nearest bar on the beach is about 50 m away, and the restaurant is about 500 m away. Shops are about 1 km away.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, has TV and Wi-Fi internet, mosquito net on entrance door, a yard overlooking the sea. In the yard there is a seating area with an umbrella, another covered seating area next to the house, as well as an outdoor shower, and guests can also use the barbecue.

The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a large stove with an oven, a large refrigerator and a coffee machine. It has one bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and there is a pull-out sofa in the kitchen area. Hair dryer and iron are available to guests

The bathroom has a separate shower without a curtain.

Bed linen and towels are not changed during the stay, but an additional set of bed linen and towels is provided to guests who stay longer than 7 days. Guests are responsible for cleaning themselves during their stay.

Parking is possible in front of the yard and there is enough space.

Efi's Cozy House is a fully equipped detached house on the beach, with a unique sea view. It's neat and clean, with a beautiful garden and a quiet neighbourhood with a distance between the houses. The beach is long and not particularly crowded. Beach bar Pueblo is 150m away, restaurant Lagoudera is at 500m, a playground is at 750m and supermarket and butcher's shop are 1km away.

Enjoy your stay combining direct access to the sea with our beautiful garden and spend moments of relaxation away from the city. We are located only 40 minutes from the city of Thessaloniki and very close to famous beaches and beach bars of Halkidiki like: Pastazi, Razzmatazz, N.Flogita, N.Plagia, Moudania.

The house has two bedrooms with one double i.e. two single beds, a living room with a double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The garden is the perfect place to enjoy throughout the day and watch the sunset.
