Our description
Aiora Villa is a recently renovated accommodation that is a mix of traditional and modern. The owners are very friendly and always available to their guests.
The house is located in the traditional village of Theologos, which is famous for the best lamb on the island. The nearest beach is sandy and is 10 km away, in Potos.
It is a building that offers one four-bed studio (33m2) on the upper ground floor and one six-bed apartment with two bedrooms on the first floor (55m2).
The four-bed studio has a double bed and a pull-out sofa for two smaller children up to 10 years old. The studio has a private veranda with chairs and a table to sit on.
On the first floor there is an apartment with two separate bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two people. There is a balcony on the first floor of this building, but without chairs and a table, but guests can take them out of the apartment if they want to drink coffee on the terrace.
Both accommodation units in this facility have a kitchen that is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances such as a toaster, kettle, large refrigerator, as well as dining utensils and dishes for preparing meals. The apartment has a large four-burner stove, while the studio has a small two-burner stove. All accommodation units within the complex have wireless internet, TV, air conditioning and hair dryer. The apartment has two air conditioners, while the studio has one. Both units have a washing machine with necessary detergents. Bathrooms in both units have a shower tub with a curtain.
There are mosquito nets on all windows and doors.
There is a grill in the yard that all guests can use and it is necessary to clean it after use. There is also a table and chairs that everyone can use, as well as deckchairs.
The owners have provided an additional set of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning products, and the guests themselves take care of the cleanliness and replacement during their stay.
The accommodation does not have a private parking lot, but you can leave your vehicle nearby the property.
If you are coming from the direction of Limenaria and Potos, from the crossroad in Potos, drive on the main road towards the village of Teologos and when you enter the village, follow the road that leads to the right. After about 550m you will see the Lampiris tavern on the left, and the Aiora villa will be on your right.
If you want accommodation in a quiet location, away from the hustle, Aiora villa can be an excellent choice. We recommend this accommodation to all lamb lovers as the village of Theologos is famous for it and has several tavernas that have excellent food.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
