Emerald Apartment with Sea View is the accommodation in Kriopigi, 80km from Thessaloniki Airport.

It’s a ground floor apartment (65m2) with a small garden in front and back, as well as a free parking space within the complex. It consists of two bedrooms with two single beds in each to accommodate up to four people. The bathroom is spacious, with a shower and washing machine. The kitchen is large and equipped with electric appliances (fridge, dishwasher, stove with oven and microwave), dishes, cutlery and pots. The living room is very spacious, with a corner sofa and a 42-inch TV. Amenities include air conditioning, WiFi internet, hairdryer, bed linen, towels, shower gel, shampoo, creams for hands, detergents for all appliances, iron, ironing board, dressing table and toilet paper.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
