Accommodation units located in the basement are about 1.5m below ground level, and the lack of a terrace is compensated by exiting to a large and fenced common balcony with a grill, sun loungers, and seating sets from the rear side.
The yard is small and fenced, with an outdoor shower, and ample public parking is available in front of the house.
You will find Mavridis Rooms very easily. After the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikiti, turn right into Neakitou Street and drive straight for 600m. At the children's playground (on the left side), turn left and continue straight for another 240m until you reach the accommodation.
