One of the most popular accommodations for NikitiMavridis Rooms is a quality, well-maintained and tastefully furnished accommodation at a walking distance from all the amenities in Nikiti. Some of the numerous advantages of this accommodation are always available hot water, wireless internet and vicinity of the parking, beach and shops. Friendly and helpful owners will make sure that you're satisfied with the service.
It is located at just 160m from the city beach, 230m from the supermarket Happy and 240m from the grocery store and the bakery Zorbas. Right next to this accommodation is the newly built accommodation Mavridis Rooms 2 of the same owner.
In the offer are ten double studios, four double rooms, one quadruple studio and three quadruple maisonettes.
Double rooms have one double or two joint single beds. They have no kitchen, but only a refrigerator. They are located in the semi-basement (and they have acces to the backyard), on the first and on the second floor.
Double studios have one double or two joint single beds, a kitchenette with hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment and necessary dishes. They are located in the semi-basement, on the first and on the second floor. The first floor is on the same level as the reception desk (8 steps above the ground level).
Quadruple maisonettes have a double bed on the upper and on the lower level, while the quadruple studio has a double bed, a sofa and a drawer bed. Both maisonettes and studio have a kitchen with hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment and necessary dishes.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, they have mosquito nets, a TV and a bathroom with shower tray and curtain (only studio has a shower cabin). Baby cot is available on request. The bedlinen and towels are replaced after four nights.
The yard is small and fenced and there is an outdoor shower. A large public parking with enough space for everyone is right in fron of the house.
You will find Mavridis Rooms easily. After the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikiti, turn right into Neakitou street and drive ahead for 600m. At the playroom for children (on the left), turn left and drive ahead for 240m until you reach the accommodation.

Mavridis Rooms is a new building located in the center of Nikiti, at 75m from the beach. The location is convenient as it's close to all the attractions of the area and features a spacious car park. Rooms are fully equipped with all modern comforts and requirements. It's a very welcoming place and each room is arranged with taste and unique style. All rooms have a refrigerator, satellite TV, air conditioning and wireless internet.

Mavridis Rooms is a complex of rooms located on the beach of Nikiti. Comfortable and quality rooms that can accommodate 2-5 people. Each room has one or two double beds and a bathroom with hot water all day. Some of our rooms have a fully equipped kitchen. Also, all rooms have satellite TV, air conditioning and free wireless internet access. Finally, there is ample parking space for your car.
The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils, has two rings and a fridge with freezer compartment. Bed linen is changed after four nights.
The beach is organized, with sun loungers, cafes and restaurants.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, da li imate u ponudi smjestaj za dvije porodice u dva apartmana u periodu od 01.07-11.07. (deset noćenja)?
