Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

The Fotini Hotel is situated in the small village of Mitikas, 3km from Preveza and approximately 250m from the sandy beach. The hotel includes a private parking area for all guests, a reception for any assistance or information, and a well-kept courtyard with seating sets.
The nearest store and bakery are located 200m away.
There are nine quadruple studios (25m2) available on the first floor.
The units feature two double beds and the option to add an extra bed (metal frame with a thinner mattress), accommodating up to five people.
The studios are air-conditioned and equipped with WiFi, LCD TV, a kitchen (stove with two burners, small fridge with freezer compartment, and an electric kettle), a terrace, and a bathroom.
Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
The property has a private parking area.
There are access ramps for disabled guests.
